Border Patrol

The Clueless Snapping Turtle and a squad of US border patrol agents, including Woody the ICE man, are in Afgahanistn to show the dudes overthere just how one controls the border. I wonder what they are going to use as an example? The so called friendly 2000 mile border between US of A and Mexico? There were more deaths, mostly in Mexico, than between Afghanistan and Pakastan this year, and there is a war going on for 10 years at the latter area. The Chevy Volt is to be marketed with a net sticker price of ~ $31,000+ prep, tax and title. Introduction/timing of this new vehicle could not be at a worse time. The future of GM hanges by a thread. However, WH Motors are standing in the wings. Taxpayers just wonder when the "loan" will be paid to the Tresury? A reality check...EMS groups are concerned as to how one approaches a Volt accident. There could be a tremendous potentional for zapping not only the occupants, but the first responders. One wonder if the lines of people to purchase a Volt will be as long as those waiting in line to buy Sarah Palin's "America by Heart"?

Doc Fix

There is another $350,000,000,000 Bill somewhere between the Congress and the WH that carries the handle...Doc Fix. The Lib-Dem-Progresives sliced the original funding from the O'HealthCare Bill so that the latter Law would be < $1,000,000,000,000 by CBO scoring (short for SWAG estimate). The "doc fix" has to do with, if not passed, those "doc" and et.al agencies not being reimbursed by 25% who treat Medicare patients. That puts the doc and et.al. between a hard spot and a rock from a financial standpoint, worse yet for the Medicare patient.

The new L-D-P Hawaiian governor is going to put to rest,(so to speak) the burning issue that has been troubling many, including this writer. Proof the dude in the WH an American or not?. Heretofore, the Hawaiian hospital presented a ~ 3" x 5" card in Yr. 2008 as proof the dude is an American. But that document is not the original or a copy of the actual "Birth Certificate", rather it is a "Certificate of a Live Birth". Big difference.

Energy Policy

Just yesterday I had to gas up the Jeep and the cost of regular unleaded was $3.15/gal. Its even higher in other parts of the country. I bet Hawaii is $5.00/gal+. By the way, thats where PP and family are vacating, Gosh! The last time oil spiked in 2008 it was pinned on "W" being in bed with Big Oil. Hardly, it wasn't the case back in 2008, nor is it the cause now. Its free market forces at work reacting to the supply and demand cycle. The US simply does not have a Energy Policy. Increase purchasing of energy fuels from foreign countries would spell disaster for our fledging economy. PP still clinges to the green energy sources to make the US energy independented. That will happen Sir, when hell freezes over. In the meantime, we need to exploit our conventional fuels: gas, oil, coal resources now, not halt there development because of some green environmental reason...like CO2emmissions. BACT (best available control technology) is being installed on power plants and factories, with onging researsh and development, coupled with engineering design improvements to cope with even tighter emmission standards down the road. Development of nuclear energy has to happen if everything to autos are to run on electricity. Just plain conservation of energy is something everyone can participate.

There is absoletely no reason other green energy resources should not be developed, but not financially subsidized, as with ethanol, boifuels. There are areas of the country where wind mills, solar panel farms, tackling ocean wave for hydroelectric energy generation will be competive in cost, can and should be developed.

In fact, PP's #1 focus will be on jobs,jobs,jobs not only next year, but also in 2012! Prediction: He be looking for a new job also come January 20, 2013. Wait a moment, didn't he state this objective in the Yr 2010 State of the Union message? Sure enough did, just check the records. Just yesterday it was reported that another 240,000 folks signed up for their 99 weeks of unemployment checks. You know what? While I have been retired for 10 years, I might go downtown Monday and sign up for unemployment since I ain't employed, and my COLA is frozen going on two years now. I wonder how long it would take for the IRS to catch up with me? Just kidding and by the way...

Reality Triumphs!!!

81 to 19 Senators voted to extend the Bush-era tax cuts. It wasn't close...Dirty Harry, you wasted peoples time. The likes of Moron Mom will be found in the back of a SF bus. The extension also includes other beneficial tax related issues. I have a problem with extending the unemployment benefits for another 13 months, thats three years, but folks its trough other there. Nothing the WH dreamed up to cut or to stem unemployment rate has worked or has backfired in the real world. This week rack up another 420,000. Thats what happens when you don't have a real live businessman/...strike that, businessperson in the WH inner circle.
Another win...the Omnibus Spending Bill was pull for lack of support. I believe the Lib-Dem-Progressive party can see the Edison invention at the end of the tunnel, and its on a locomotive heading there way.
Gosh, Gee! What has PP accomplished this year? Can't count BO, the dog, that was last year as was the Nobel Pease Prize. Racked up more frequent flyermile points, it is true, but to what avail? Visited Afghanistan under cover of night, but did not met the Afghan president, because of weather condition? Or was it the State Dept ( Clinton-Holbrooke) doings to preclude such a visit for fear PP would screw up dipomatic initives? Petraeus has some of the heavy lifting done and will maintain military status quo until the spring offences, when a hell breaks out in that neck of the woods.
So what has PP done to promote the US image around the globe or helped him dig out of the ditch out front? A new agenda w/o the Czars, is in order, or Earl's boy will do it for him.

Only in America

There is this guy in Las Vegas, that robbed a big casinos of $1.5M dollars. He is catch on camera running out of the building. A spokeperson said the robber took chips and coins from the teller equalling $1.5M. Right there I have a problem. Do you realize what a $1.5M pile of coins and chip would weigh? This dude either didn't take the money (inside job perhaps), stached the coins before leaving the building for he would not be able to stuff that many chips in his pockets and be running. Or maybe he could? Same spokeperson later said the casino chips were of high denominational value. That explains he ability to run with all that metal in his pockets, on the other hand how is he going to get rid of the chips...Pawn Stars maybe.

Another guy in a different part of the country attends a Parent/ Teachers meeting packing a small arsenal. He confront the school board nine members, chases the three ladies member and then fires point plank, w/i 20 ft., and misses all six male members of the board. Prior to target practice, he clearing of the ladies from the table and in doing so he was accosted by one of the fisty lady board members. Her action might of blurred his vision when target practing wil fellow board members. She is now a hero. Happy ending...the next person shot and killed was the shoter.

In another part of the country, but related to NV, is this guy presenting a last minute OP bill of some 2,000 pages and is trying to hold up congress for another $1.1T of more debt. Whats left of the Lib-Dem-Progressive party will have a bounty on their heads soon, or sure to bdicate there office before the "A" team take command of congress in January.

An Update

Good news in regard to the #112 Congress. There will be no Kennedy clan member on the roster. Since the late 50s when JFK was first a member of congress there has been a Kennedy clain member either in the House or Senate.

Looks like the Bush-era tax extension will go down to the wire. Christmas eve perhaps? But it will pass.

With Holbrooke's untimely death, it does remove one layer of bueaucracy between the generals in the field and the DOD and DOS. Clinton's was meeting with Holbrook, when he took ill. They were preparing a end of year report on the status of the war in Afghanistan (and Iraq) for PP review. Always seemed strange to me why PP passed out the request for a complete review for end of year report. Maybe it was a flash back? Some professors would appear on the first day of a semester, give an assignment and the student was on his/her own until the report was due at end of semester. Thats a non-resident professor, so to speak. Do we have a non-resident President or one that doesn't like to be distrubed by details, he loves to deligate. Did PP follow that agenda. Seems to me with a war, actually two onging, the Chief Dude's should have his pulse on the absolete status minute by minute, not weeks down the road. Reality Stikes Again.

In England, the gov't Vs students and union members clash over the student tuition increased. Socialism promised tuition would never increase. Wrong.

In the USA, the Lib-Dem-Progressives are fighting a rear guard action, trying to escape DC for another vacation. Some to never return. That's good news. The Bush Tax Plan will be extended to 2012, plus there are other tax cutting line items in the package that will help the economy more than any stimulus plan ever did.

Why has the camel herder been so slow in clamping down on Wikileaks? Just one PFC (Manning) drained the swamp and e-mailed all the secured info. They should of tracked Wikileaks in hot pursute as far back as 04/10. Although an embarrisment to the WH, I think the WH encouraged the Wilileaks as part of a foreign policy plan. Wikileaks has all foreign government looking over their shoulder.

The Republican, Conservative and the Tea Party Coalition have treed the principle occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. Yes sir, PP finally caved. What he said he would never do, he is doing. Extend the Bush Tax Cuts for two years for all Americans, cut federal payroll taxes by 2% for 2011, recommed changes to the estate tax, plus allow companies to write off new equipment, all of Yr. 2011. He recited a whole bunch of other debt building expenditures to satisfy the left wing who must be fuming by now. However nothing about the AMT impact, but that may come out in the details, I hope. All the right wing things could of been done months ago, allowing companies to plan their three year forecasts and next year's budgets. The next thing they should do is to flatten the tires of all WH planes and change out all the WH executive cars to the Chevy Volt with no extension cords. Keep him home on the WH (plantation), so to speak, so he can start backfilling that big ditch out front.

Gridlock in DC

You can readily see why congress doesn't get anything done e.g. Charley Rangel. After two years, the full house 333 to 79 found ole Charley guilty of 11 of 13 charges and for his punishment... he is censured. If just one charges, not paying our taxes was leveled at you or I we would be heading for the slammer. Then he has the audacity not to show any remorse, but whines. Had dude, 333 to 79, you lose.

Down the road from the Capital, you have another dude wondering around in a cul-de-sac of mixed messages and indecision. When the #1 dude knows what he should about the extension of all of the Bush tax cuts say for three years... he stalls. Appoints a "bi-partisan" committee, with the Jockey in charge along with WH budget sidekick to come up with a resolve. Notice the how bi-partsan went to 4 on 2. The resolve--extend all tax cut for three years and pray we start to climb out the Obama hole. Guess what? The IRS is printing Yr. 2010 1040's as we speak, based on PP's word, as if only the middle class get a tax extension, so the form can be distributed in early January '11. Now, if what I think is going to happen, an addendum will have to printed @ distributed showing a new tax schedule, things will be all screwed up and an automatic late filing date of August 15 will be set by the President. More government costs. That's chicken shit!

Where has the DOJ been all this time since the first Wikileak occured months ago? Each leak becomes bigger than the last. Off focus again? Yep. looks that way! The leakers should be given a trial and hanged at the nearest tree. Or are the leaks deliberate and have the WH blessing? Sure takes the focus off the Lib-Dem-Progressive slaughter in the Nov 2 election, now doesn't it? Plays one Arab nation against another. Makes for a good strategy? Maybe but one must not forget however, the WH would be playing with old intelligence from the Bush years.

Interesting article in local newspaper (paraphased a tad). PP seems to be realizing-gradually, relucantly-that applying the rules of war in the midst of a war does not destroy the creditability of the rule of law or encourage terrorist recruitment. Here is where his brillance seem to build a brick wall, his inability to admit this shift seems to leading to the worst of possible outcomes. (KSM's upcoming trial in NYC criminal system and others). PP, as Joe Wilson R-SC said during the 2010 State of the Union message "You Lie" and he does, doesn't help PP creditability. How does PP back down and accept a tribunal? First, he fires the camel herder, and hires a AG, a non Czar type, who understnds the requirement for national security. Send the camel herder to Chicago to run for mayor along with Mosley, Sitting Bull, and other has-beens.

Some if not all on the right side of history agree the camel herder must go. Such bipartianship should not go to waste; paraphasing Sitting Bull's "don't let at crisis pass without taking advantage", applies in this case.

The Grinning Idiot Assessment

Maybe Sir should of chilled out before making a premature victory speech, for the UAW. Explain just how the taxpayers tax money given GM, when they went bellyup, gets back into the Treasury? Oh! the Jockey has this duty? The Jockey is running on empty and will soon be tossed under the bus, as will the Press Secretary. The Czar Crew hanging tough, no changes anticipated, maybe additions?

I've got a problem! The US of A is deep in debt, and still digging right? Then how is it we are still #7 of the the top 10 riches countries in the world. We are behind Luxenbourg, Norway, Kuwait, Macau, Brunei, Singapore. Followed by Hong Kong, Switzerland and the Netherlands. My take away, they are all meer dots on the map compared to USA, plus most are petroleum exporters or refiners, big in electronics, re-exporters of goods or international banking. Looks like the WH/DOJ was wrong again. A terrorist almost walked out of civilian court in NY, not guilty on 284 charges against him, but one count should put him in lock up for a spell. Stupid is, what stupid does. Gitmo's military court house and brig will be open for business for a long long time.

Lib-Dem-Progressives apparanty didn't get it on Nov 2. To maintain the current House leadership team in place was simply brillant, from the Majority party view point. I suppose Dirty Harry will be the minority leader in the Senate. The voters will clean house in the Senate come 2012 when something like 33 seats will be up for grabs.

The senate race in Alaska is apparently over. You can see why Palin bowed out of the governorship, the politics there can be bloody. Speaking of red, the state still remains politically in that color.

The FDI or Financial Distress Index for Sept ran 65.2% up from 64.4% for 2Q10. A score of < 70% indicates financial distress. Maybe a sign things might get better. The only states generally > 70% are the mid-ountry low population states, I think 6 states fit that condition.

PP refers to Sitting Bull as one of the 13 groundbreaking Americans isn't the Sioux Indian Chief who killed a US General Custer at all, but really my code name for the guy running to be mayor of Chicago, who was his "Chief of Staff"? Why 13 ground- breaking Americans? Is there a sequel comming out in 2012 when he leaves office, and he is the fourteenth? After all he has set many groundbreaking things, more personel than public thus far.

Heads Up!

One thing the 111 Congress must pass during the lame duck session, other than extending the Bush Tax Cuts for all, is a little know tax called AMT. Know as the Alterative Minumum Tax, passed in 1969 to cover <200 big ticket families at the time. Each year hence, Congress kicks the can down road, for over 40 years and issues a extension. Inflation over the years, the net casted includes more and more candidates for AMT including some "middle income earners". You need to discuss with your CPA now what the threshold amount is for year 2010 and the possible tax impact and how one might avoid such tax before years' end. You may not know for sure, until New Year's Eve if an extension has been granted or not. Right now its a catch 22. I don't trust Congress nor the WH anytime especially on this one.

In a nut shell, one has to prepare two Tax Return Forms, the normal Form 1040 and a Form 6251. The Form 6251 is the same as the Form 1040 except without any tax deductions, donations to charity and other legal tax reductions. Guess what? You pay taxes on the higher balance...the Form 6251. Contact your current US congressman and senators to assure AMT gets on the agenda and an extension is issued at least to Yr. 2011, when reason return to Congress.

Score Card

Wow! GM posted a $2 M profit in 3Q10. May go IPO later this year. But did you know Treasury is going to eat $45 B of GM's $60 B loan. That's cool, since its our, the taxpayers money. Really levels the playing field, now doesn't it. Chrysler will crumble in < 3 years, only Jeep division will survive if no further support can be reached with the unions. Ford Co. will be just Lincoln and Ford Divisions and that's fine, but they need to get more concessions from UAW and retiree benefits.

He blew an opportunity to confront the good muslims around the world, to step up and call a halt the exploying of their faith.and the killing/injury of people. Rather he gives his canned story about jihad, in that radicals use Islam as a front to attack innonence peoples and he is working to improve relations with the Islamic world. Hog wash! Put the "good Muslims" on the defence. Most importantly Mr. President it greatly affects the people in the country you represent...the US of A.

Why hasn't PP been on a sales campaign earlier? Gosh! he credited his ledger with adding 45,000 new jobs for Americans, just while in India. What about transfer of nuclear technology, if India will buy initially $600 B of our Treasury Bonds? The rest of the G20 nations warn about the fate of the world economy if Feds/Treasury carry out their plans for another stimulus bill.

Medicare will only have to cut seniors $500 B/over 10 years - $60 B = $440 B. The $60 B is not net savings since the thousand or so IRS agents must be paid. Sell California

While in the Far East, PP should consider unloading some of the states that are in real serious financial straits... starting with California. They need almost $1 B/ month just to backfill existing commitements. Where do they borrow the money from? They go to the WH, the Treasury, and the Feds who all broke. Guess more IOU's will be written until the printing presses start rolling again 24/7.

I see red from sea to shinning sea, from border to border. Three US senate seats remain in contention. Should have AK in any case, WA and CO perhaps both, certainly at lease one. That will make 47-s48 total, just enough to stay in the minority, which is good. Along with the State Governor, state senate and house wins, positions well for 2012. "If Bush dug this ditch, why do you still have the shovel in your hand"? Enough said. Don't forget to vote!

The nation's polls suggest a major shift in dem progressive base e.g. youth, women and RC's are moving to Republican, conservative and tea party candidate in groves.

Clinton's alleged involvement in FL voting process indicates the desperation in the WH really is. Gosh! I used two words in same sentence that seem related... Clinton and the word "is".

Do you know who said "You don't need God anymore, you have us Democrats? Mother Moron aka Pelosi. Note the new code name for Pelosi, I borrowed it from someone blog. I will use it until 01.01.2011, when the need disappears.

If the senior's are not pissed off enough not receiving COLA for second straight year, wait until there SS checks comes in January 2011! Part "B" contribution has increased. Guess how? By cutting into net disposable income received. I am not sure riots will take place in the streets, as in some European cities over miniscule changes, but the polling places might be a tad more busy this year. What is/will happening to SS is/will not be miniscule, but really must happen to remain solvent.
Also, no more tacking on illegal aliens, and other American who decided they don't have to work before age 26. There is no free lunch.

Although that's not the reds I was really thinking about, its the political map after election day being more red than blue. Come next Wednesday all your troubles... will multiply. As to the free money store. The Feds are ready to cut loose $200 B more "stimulus" money just like the rabbit, Paul Klugman of the NYT, suggested. According to the rabbit they didn't flood the market enough with the earlier "stimulus" packages. Klugman says to flood the market with more and more money. There is a roadblock at the end of the tracks folks, I think its called hyper-inflation. That would truly make the national debt shrivel, but. I'll take a bottle of Bud-lite, please. That will be $35.29. Option! really stop spending.

When asked his greatest achievement in the last almost two years, PP thought a monent, my guess was the Portuguese water hound "Bo" he bought for the family. In stead he picked another dog...his VP, the "Grinning Idiot". Really when you think about it, just what has PP accomplished in the last two years? The great state of NY is going to do it again. They had years to correct the problem, but failed to do so. Military personnel particularily those stationed overseas will not have their vote counted on Nov 2. Remedy: Move NY primary date from mid-Sept to earlier in the year, or allow military to electronic file. This has been going on at least since 2000, the other 49 states don't have a problem.

"W" still has PP painted in the corner over the Bush Tax Cut set to expire 12.31.10.
Treasury and IRS proceeding to generate tax tables to have available by years end for distribution. Guess what...the tax tables will presuppose all tax cuts expired, which should be interesting. If Professor PP decides to include tax breaks for say the middle class, all the tax tables will have to be redone and probably extend the filing date for business beyond Mar 15, and individual beyond April 15. So what? It just ramps up the deficit to maybe $ 15 T. The end is near...Jan 1, 2011.

PP wants to proceed with another $ 50B stimulus bill for infrastructure, while moneys in excess of $50 B remain uncommitted in original almost $1 T stimulus bill.

The O'HealthCare Law is starting to unravel. If the US Supreme Court rules on just one issue...that requires everyone has to have HealthInsurance by 2014 and the HHS and IRS are authorized to withhold premiums from your wage to be found unconstitutional, the whole Law crashes under its own weight. Good people will be hurt, but there are no free lunches.

Gosh! I almost forgot! The new bank and financial problem with improper paperwork filing procedures on forclosed housing, should do wonders for the stalled housing market.

In fact, Chicago also nailed down the 18th spot also. Cincinnati has dropped all the way down to 24th of 25 of the nation's largest cities category.

I do declare, our CEO is delusional. For example, he self grades his past two years at accomplishing 70% of his objectives. What? He must grade on a curve, much like he says the cost curve for O'HealthCare costs will bend downward and will save money by... 2095? BS to the n th power. Wait a minute, PP didn't state what accomplishments by line item, at his latest campaign speech. See John Steward's list... he gives him 100%. I vote for John Steward. Well, just on this joke.

The dem-progressive are getting out of Dodge and fast, leaving tons of urgent work to gather dust, while they campaign, and America burns. Campaigning should be interesting indeed. Many will gain safety in Churches, Synagogues, one congressman in a Mosque. Tiger Woods goes to a Buddist temple or its a different type of house? Solution to the Mosque Issue in NYC

With the many WH staffers leaving or planned exodus, doesn't bode well for their cry for "Hope and Change", now does it? Boiling down their achievements leaves a distillate, a puddle of residue, that stinks, but costs the nation trillion of dollars for generations yet to be born to pay for. And we still don't have a methodololgy for getting out of the PP Recession. Hope and Change is an experiment poorly scoped, essentially a thought(s) conceived built on no knonw facts, that couldn't follow their formula (message), two days in succession.
Watching what occurred at the UN today, another experiment built many decades ago on "hope and change", but has compiled a history of non-achievements, renders a possible remedy to the Muslum Mosque issue in NYC. Move the UN to Iran, and give the Muslums the UN building for their Mosque. That should solve two issues. But there is more... and in the Yr. 2012 AD, make PP the grand master of all nations for life. Could we move up the year to say 2011, if PP agrees to take the Grinning Idiot with him. Then the Speaker of the House would become president! No, no not pelosi, but Johnny B, the guy from West Chester, Ohio Good Night.

HealthCare Reform

Did you know hospitals are paid "by the stay"(using a gov't-based system based on diagnosis) while doctors are paid "by the day" (every day they see a patient in the hospital they bill for the encounter)? What this means is that the hospitals do better financially if patient stays are shorter, but the doc do better if the pateien stay in the hospital longer. How can we reform a system without aligning incentives?
In the O'HealthCare Law there are over 3,000 times where it is mentioned that the HHS Secretary must be consulted for interpretation. In other words the people who signed off on the Bill had no clue what they were signing. Can't repeal the damn law, but it sure can be underfunded until common sense is made of that joundice Law.
Here is something for seniors...remember PP stated he was going to send seniors a rebate check for $250 to help offset some Medicare costs affected when he stopped COLA for Medicare Yr2010. Well here is what happens. In the fine print, only those impacted by the "drug donnut hole" will be eligible for his rebate. Only a fraction of the senior are impact by the donnut hole or where the patient pays 100% of the drug costs.

Word to the wise...get familar with the new law because it is going to affect you.

Bush recession has been over

Boy do I feel better! Did you hear the latest from the Warshington. The subject recession has been over since June of 2009. Only lasted 2 month longer than the two previous recessions, 18Mo. Vs 16Mo. Gosh, maybe we didn't have a recession afterall. Talk about phony spin on phoney misinfromation. I guess if Sitting Bull has a gun to your head, one might say anything. The Grinning Idoit got so disoriented that he forgot he is next in command, if PP were to disappear. He mistakenly shoved Pelosi forward. GI just wants to go back to Wilington real bad even if a Tea Party Candidate/ Conservative/ Republican will be the next person to take his old office.

3)Jobless claims are still running at a rate >400K/mo. seasonally adjusted, for past 19 months. Hey, that's was when you took from Mr. Bush ,whom you claimed was in a ditch out in front of the WH.

Maybe Mr. President, you need another set of talking points, otherwise there is going to be a whole bunch of new folks coming to town in January 2011.

I misspoke in yesterdays blog, the ransom demand by the Iranians was $500K, not $500M. Few people deal in K's anymore. Maybe we should eliminate K's and let them follow the route of the CD and DVD, to buggywipe heaven.

PP is trying to play politics against ecomonics and it is not going to work.
PP is concerning himself where he is going to find $700B to pay over the 10 years for the top say 2%, however, the bigger question, is where is he to find $3B over the next 10 years for the 97.7% others. He is in a catch 22 trap of his own making.

Dr Paul Klugman, another Nobel Prize winner in economics, works for the NYT, indicates in a recent article, PP hasn't issued a big enough of a stimulus package yet to affect the financial issues.
He sites FDR's similar plan; steady-as-you-go strategy, a little stimulus here and there and things didn't get better for a decade or so. It was not until and when the whole country rallied behind FDR and WW2. For comparison Klugman is suggesting what real "stimulation" is, as when US added it at twice the GDP of 1940 ($30B today) did the nation exit the Depression. His case is builded on BS logic. There is no comparison between 1940 and 2010 other there were dem/progressives in power. We were fighting wars on two fronts, against uniformed nation states and the America people were totally behind FDR. We were indeed fighting for our freedom. Little comparison can be made to the financial status of these two periods of time. As I stated earlier if Geithner is wacked at Treasury, Paul, the rabbit, could become the new Treasurer. That's... That's all folks!!!

Remember 09.11.2001

Like "Remember Pearl Harbor","...The Maine","...The Alamo", and many other national Rememberance Days of really bad events suffered by our country, are too soon forgotten. This "date" in two or three generations will appear as a footnote in school history books. Maybe sooner if the powers- that- be remains in office.

Many believe and I am one of them, the key person responsible for PP becoming the US President #44 was Dr. Howard Dean, the MD guy not my dentist, who was the DNC chairman in 2008. Dean was and still is a radical dem progressive, maybe a socialist at heart. Anyhow a loose wingnut. However he studied Carl Rove's motivation in managing successful presidentional campaigns is 2000 and 2004. Rove focus on the total base,state by state, precinct by precinct. Rove energized the Republicans, conservatives, evangelists, solid, principled folks. Dean's cliental were just the opposite. Don't get me wrong, there are a few good democrates, blue dog types who beliefs mirror the opposite party in many ways, but are a tad too liberal. Dean activated the liberals, dug up the acorns, people who have gamed the system for decades. An they signed them up to vote early/ often and bingo! We got PP and the Grinning Idoit and Company. The base wanted more and more for nothing, just borrow and/or just print the money 24/7. They wanted a hand out so everyone makes the same wage, rather than a hand up. They cared the least what happens to this nation in the future. "Hope and Change" many thought was the meal ticket forever, but reality intruded again. The term "Hope and Change" was nothing more, but a empty slogan, that probably will not be included in the history book, even as a footnote.

He is so far over his head in every aspect of being the #1 CEO in the world, he is repeating the same mistakes, and not knowing it is happening. After all he has no experience other than being a failed community organizer, law professor, a so so polition of sorts and OJT as president...that's its folks! His coaching staff are a bunch of criminals. Maybe he doesn't care? History will record he was the first black president of the USA, maybe a footnote he drove the country to ruin. Along with the Nobel Peace Prize, thats all he cares for? No. It goes deeper than that. He real focus is more on his black heritage and little if any on the white heritage. I think this is his root of his reflection, he has had it since he was a child. He has a chip on his shoulder, maybe a butcher's block, a big, big butcher's block. He hates white people!!!

LaborDay Edition

In early 2009, PP had become a combination of superman and a god of sorts. I remember he giving a speech at the 100 day mark, listing his accomplishment e.g. consigning the balance of the Bush TARP $700B funds (#350 B) for other initivies, signed off on the largest stimulus bill into law, almost $900B (he had sublet the heavy lifting to Pelosi/ Reid to define, and the CBO created a favorable cost estimate (< $1 T) and recinded most of the other Bush presidentional orders. PP also indicated the that next 100 days achievements would be done in 75, so he could rest. What a foolish statement then, and absoletly stupid statement now. In Milwaukee today he spoke, to mostly union folks, to rally the troops, in his famous campaign style, of a new $50 B plan the WH just hatched to get the US economy out of the ditch. This was also a absoletely stupid attempt to show action, anything, a cloud of dust, but I believe the gig is up. What he proposed should of happened at the 200 day timeline or before, not 50 some days before the mid-term elections. To ramp up the projects offered, say they are 100% approval by congress tomorrow, would take 15 to 18 months to get started. PP is a p to the 4th power time manager also. But I think I now under stand his problem. Details later.

Peter Pan's address to nation: My take. 08.31.10

I ended the damn Iraqi War today, like I promised, I would do. Pulled out 100,000 troops as promised. Bush started it 7.5 years ago, of which I never agreed of approved. I spoke to George earlier today by phone and in my opinion he is a good guy, totally commited and loved his country.
The rear detail,50,000 troops will leave Iraq by 12.31.2011 as promised.
The money saved, can be used to continue spending on the home front, to get us of of the ditch of the previous administration for the past decade.
As far as the second war in Afganhanistan, also started by the same guy in West Texas, my promise is to pull out the nearly 150,000 troops out by August 31,2011. For conveince and to save time and money, I will use the same Iraq strategic surge plan, and and the same leaders i.e. Bob Gates D of D and US Army Gen Patraus as used in Iraq to kick ass and be ready to saddle up and move the troops home by 08.31.11.
All the money saved by getting out of Afgahanistan, which I also didn't approve getting involve in from my professorship office at the U of Chicago, will go to the middle class America, so they can live the American dream. The top 1-3% of the money makers tree will be taxed into submission. Everyone will be middle class and I will be your leader.
I want the world not to see me as the second Alexander the Great, but the Savior of the World, sitting on the right side of God. Christ will have to hang out with others.
Tomorrow, I will resolve the Isaeli/ Palistine problems, going on since the beginning of time. Then I am going on vacation.

President and Congress are back

Well, Peter Pan has returned from vacation, all full of piss and vinager started by a savage attack on Republians/Conservatives and some blue dog dems, over not passing the $ 30B small business loans, that are covered by spending offsets. Remember he even called in from vacation, but there was no one home, all on vacation. Just what this small amount of money is going to do in a $ 14T economy will do is like throwing a stone into the ocean. An the bill is a bit foggy as how the moneys are to be expended. Some of the loan is going to small business as intended, but I understand there is some being diverted to states bleeding red. Beware small business owners, he who givith the loan probably will taketh away come 01.01.11, when the Bush tax cuts expire.

Don't forget to tune in at 8:00PM tonight when PP addresses the nation on how he is declaring the combat mission is over in Iraq. I wonder if "W" name is mentioned and that HE is reading the script for this event created by "W" and General Petraus and Iraqi deligation back in 12.2008. But, there is one variation in the PP rendition there is no sitting Iraqi government after almost 6 months since election.

A Monday morning laugh

After returning from yet another vacation, but cut short yesterday, to visit NO on the 5th. anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, PP is now rested ready to tackle the JOBS issue. On Friday Sept 3, the second of his economic team, 6x6 Christine Romer is leaving because of fatique and is just plum tried. She is returning to her left coast lifestyle. Meanwhile, PP has to replace her. Maybe with someone already on board on the WH staff, like a guy named something like Goonsbury? But PP would rather recruit a women to fill the position. You can just sense the state of urgency. The position should already be backfilled, so no time is lost. There are 20M folks out there that are either unemployed or underemployed. Hell no, continue to flounder and the dem progressive will be endangered species come Nov 2. So what is wrong with that? I am worried about a lame duck congressional session and rash of dem progressive bills being passed, while they still have a majority.

It ani't and the elections were held 5 months ago. #4 Violence in the streets can be controlled by the Iraqi army and police forces. There has been an uptick in violence of late, and we are still at 150,000 strong. Wait until 01/01/11.

To appeal to the 9th Circuit Court, the most liberal court in the Nation in San Fran., would be a waste of time. I don't see anything happening, by either the WH or congress. The next move will be 100 days from now, on Nov 2, when the majority of the people, in all the states, who want Existing Federal Immigration Laws enforced, cast their vote.

Seems as though they have been involved in the premature release of the Libyian terriorist from Scotland recently; for oil drilling rights off shore in Libya. I am thinking about filing a claim against B/P for clean up of an oil smear on my garage floor, thought to be from B/P off shore Gulf oil wells.
Will be interesting to hear Blagojevich testify in Chicagoland today. The bleeping machines will be off! Since, when the ex-gov speaks, only a few words sparced between bleeps are heard. You can't make any intelligence out of his statements. You still can't understand his speak, but one doesn't have to listen to the annoying bleeps. Wait 'till Sitting Bull testify later this month. This week over 400,000 new unemployment applicants filed for the first time; sure sounds like recovery is just around the corner. Some $20 M of stimulus money was expended on signs advertizing 'this work was being done because of the stimulus money' (yep, your tax dollars are being spent wisely.')
Oh my god, the New Banking Reform Bill was passed and sets a the new standard for volumne 2,350 pages at the same time. This should screw thing up royally and speed up economic recovery, like a lead weight. By the way I don't believe Freddie Mack or Fanney Mae, the root cause of the past finanical meltdown are included. When is election day?

You can tell Peter Pan is pro-business when he issued another 60 day moratorium on any new oil exploration after lossing in the courts 0 - 2. Think about it, the B/P incident is bad, but to shut down all new discovery based on one accident means thousands of oil related folks are going to to be out of work indefinately because what cause the failure is not going to be know in the next 60 days.

Since PP has been in office ( 18 months) the weekly average is 463,222. Further evidence the simulus money ain't a workin'. The dem/progressives point to the fact it was 700,000 or so when they took office, so there, you can we are coming out of the "Bush" years' of financial mis- management? HUH! Its a bad sign for the WH et.al., when the liberal media is starting to report real woes with the US economy.

The WH must of finally lifted the Jones Law! Took them '80 days to go around the world' seeking ships with ancillary equipment to help fight the Gulf oil crisis. While many countries offer assistnce earlier, the WH refused...its the Jones Law. Guess what these assets can not even enter the Gulf right now, because because of Hurricane Alex. In fact, all assets in the Gulf were ordered to safe harbors to ride out the storm. Meanwhile the hydraulic volcano goes unattended.

The death total in the good war in Afganistan, for June is the highest since the war began almost nine years ago. The WH's ROE had better be changed back to a war footing or otherwise Gen P. will be following McChrystal into early retirement. I believe Peter Pan should adapt the "Undercover Boss" show format and go on a sabbatical to Afgahistan, until July 2011.

The G8/G20 meetings were a bust. Peter Pan going in the opposite direction from the other so called partners G7/G19? Why have the meetings? The meetings are but a magnet for the world's nut cases to converge and trash the city in which it is being held. Plus can you guesstimate how many tons of pollutants was dispersed into the atmosphere for the representatives and their staff to fly to the site.

I have a problem! Lets me see if I got this one straight. The US Senate commences the confirmation hearings to determine if 5X5 Kagan, who has no judgeship experience, little or no paper trail of experience on which to be judged, should be nominated to be a US Supreme Court Justice, for life? On the other hand, the same US Senate must reconfirm General Petraeus, who has been in the military, since graduating the Point, a career officer, held general-in-charge of several theaters, including the winning of surge in the Iraqi war, is capable to replace his former direct report, in Afghanistan for what could be a job he could be fired by Peter Pan the next day? Is there something I'm missing here?

Oh yes, the oil spill. It keeps gushing along. Things could get really interesting if a now tropical storm were to adventure into the Gulf soon.

Here is something you might not know: Mother Nature contributes 47% of the tar balls and oil slicks that are deposited on the sandy beaches around the world as a natural occurances. So there is a background, and explains that early on some of the tar balls deposited on the Gulf shores when tested, did appear to have come from the BP leak. Statistically speaking, only 4% of the tramp oil leaks from off-shore wells. Most of the tramp oil 42% comes from tankers and barges and the at dock unloading stations 9%.

Guess what? Only 2% of all oil leakage is attributable from on-shore oil wells. ANWR
here we come.

Lets see what's new today.
BP got the top hat back onto the jaggered 21" diameter crude and natural gas pipe line. One can see why they don't have a more positive seal, on such a ragged end of pipe. A Hydrolaser torch could of smooth the e of p without causing explosive conditions with conventional gas torch. But it as an accident that knock off the top hat, no time for contingency plans. Just have to sit and wait till August when secondary drill holes will premit pug fill the rouge well with concrete.

1. Lift the band on off shore oil drilling now. What other near term remedy do you have? Buy more foreigh oil and Natural Gas? Think 20 years.

Day 64 and Gen. McChrystal

More of the same in the Gulf, oil, oil everywhere and no end in site. But we know who is going to pay for clean up finanically, yep BP for awile, at least. They too will go belly up like the fishes. Keep your check book handy, Uncle Sam is going to come a calling one day. You can bet on that.

If I were McChrystal, I would of had resigned a year ago. That's when PP went into a 6 month or so funk and couldn't decide how many troops to dispatch, much left how to form a strategy and the logistics involved. And to really screw things, up set a deadline to extract the troops by July 2011. By the way I don't believe the total number of troops finally agreed too, have arrive in the theater of war yet. Talk about the fog of war, for good measure add Hillery, Hollbrock, and the WH staff you wind up with all chiefs and no indians plus the former are obsoletely clueless without McChrystal. To send the general berserk, tie the combat troops down with ROE that make clay pigeons out of the our field forces. Asta la vista, baby! [Not too good in spanish se? but this is America!!!]

"I told you so"

Oh boy! Our Nobel Pease Prize President has another major issue on his hands...Gen. McChrystal. The war in Afghanistan has not been going well at all. Major issues include: troop level or lack thereof, restrictive rule of engagement (ROE), the resultant high causility rate in the American, NATO, Afaghan ranks, and Peter Pan's dead line for pull out date of 07/11is fooling no one. McCristal being called backto the WH to discussed his remarks in "Rolling Stone". Well, if the WH don't listen go to the media, but not to the dem progressive broadcast, NYT or WP's. Be interesting how PP handles this without pissing off the whole US Military. He will not touch McChrystal, but send the Grinning Iodit to make another assessment, mean while the troops in the combact theather mark time.

Day 61 Who is in charge?

Well that's over, Mr President. You kicked some ass yesterday, the smallest chap in the lot, but you don't get full honors for that activity. The Swedish guy, the BP C of B, did the dirty work. But, Sir the well head is still not capped and dumping 60,000 bpd into the Dead Sea. Maybe its your turn to kick ass on a direct report like civilian Tad Allen or whomever. Come to time about it Sir, you could kick ass until the cows come home, there is no one on earth that ever occassioned the dimension of a crude oil failure like this ever, and how to fix it. Its alot like your plans to have NASA fire an undefined craft to a distant meteror, land and nudge it out of earth orbit, in the near future.

Focus on plugging the damn well, take care of the Gulf people, before filing thousands cases when, like Tony said, await the finding of the investigiations as to the root cause for this historical event before placing blame. Better start thinking about Mosses or his standin Charlton Heston... to part the Gulf long enough for you to descend and personnely plug the well head. That's a Noble Peace prize effort, if I ever saw one.

Day 60, 06.18.2010

Mr President, sixty days ago the BP discovery oil well in the Gulf of Mexico went sort of boom in the night, and started to exhaust crude oil at an undetermined and uncontrolled rate. Sir, I believe you eventually took responsibily for the "spill", only god knows why, but you did and the world knows. The damn hole is still exhausting oil and killing a way of life for Gulf residents, ducks, turtles et.al.
Now, Mr. President it seems as though you are using the Rev. Jesse Jackson's old technique of extortion, to hold BP at bay, for related charges forever. I am not the sharpist kid on the block, but what is likely to happen you are going to drive BP to chapter 7 or you are going oil business. Somehow I got a notion the American taxpayers for generations, will pick up the tab, long after you retire from your current station in life in 2012.
Mr. President, plugging the oil well is only one excample of a litany of your agenda that needs plugging. For example uncontrolled spending, unaffortable Health Care, an realistic energy policy for today and the wind turbins, solar panels, restart our nuclear energy program will come, but years from now if you let the free enterprise system work and don't subside you favorites. Kill the subsidies for ethanol fuel today, its a congressioal invention that is a bust and competes will human food supply.

Day 59, 06.17.2010

BYOBB..."bring your own buckets and barrels". Here is a way to get the idle fishing and support industry on the Dead Sea back to work again, for an indefinite period of time. Mr. President, you didn't plug the damn hole yesterday when you had the top brass of BP in your palm. Another missed opporunity, but you left the meeting after, but 45 minutes to catch, I suppose tee time at the Congressional? I thought the Gulf crisis was # 1 prioity or was that your daughter's priority or is it Jobs, Illegal Immigration, the Economy or a host of other duable agenda items, but you are moving the cross-hair in you sites to your personnel agenda again... Cap and Tax. Pretend for a monent Sir, you are Rip Van Winkle and you fall asleep for 20 or so years, you then awake...Cap and Tax might be in vogue, but today forget it, its not douable.
Here is an idea Mr President, have any US citizens, of age, to head to the Gulf with their own buckets and barrels and hire the capitans of the idle fishing fleet to cast off to the oil pools in the sea and go fishn' for erl, black gold which is free for the taking. Details on how to separate the crude oiler from the water... see Kevin Costner. BP would gladily distill your catch in their refinery. Sounds silly doesn't it but with the weekly unemployment number spiking again at 725,000, and your stupid HOLD order on continued exploration for new oil adding to the almost 15,000,000 folks out of work sure is not helping. Think outside the classroom, Mr. President. You have BP in detention now, lets move on before they file Chapter 11.

Day 58 Black Gold Leak

Graphically speaking, Peter Pan's poll ratings are following a reciprocal trend to that of the ever increasing rate of Black Gold gushing into the American Dead Sea.

Disperately looking for help, Peter Pan hinted last night that divine intervention might be a way out? Huh! I thought he was our savior, the world's savior. I see a guy so far over his damn head on fixing anything, much less the oil spill he should of delegated this time to Billy Clinton, to explain his pain. He is no John Wayne in kicking ass, he is no leader period. He had time in his speech however, to campaign for his Cap and Tax carbon emissions bill. Good grief man, this is an uncapped catastrophic problem that might last past your lossing the 2012 election. Plug the damn hole Mr. President.

Here is a question. Why are these deep water oil wells, parked 50 miles from shore and a mile deep before they hit bed of the sea, where dilling starts? All of the major oil companies have wells in similar location. I wonder if the US of A's EPA has anything to do with this decision in the first place?

Hey, he is asking the affected states to activate 17,000 National Guard troops to assist in clean up activities, but only 1,200 troops to do desk jobs on our porous southern border. Just wondering!

Day 56 America's Dead Seal

While Peter Pan sets off to kick ass on the Gulf, news from the eastern front is not good. Peter Pan's good war in Afghanistan is at a sort of standstill! The recent surge success into Helmand Providence killed a lot of the emeny, but the balance were drove into the mountains, only to reappear when NATO forces move out and Afgan forces left after the surge, could not hold the ground. Plus NATO casualities, mostly US, were high. US News reports didn't say very much about the human loss. Peter Pan's previous broadcasted strategy, since Helmand was in the bag, is to strike in June at the Taliban city of Kandahar. Afgan officials said the push into Kandadar Providence will now be later in July, before a time out is called for Ramadan is called from Mid-August to Mid- September 2010. By the way Peter Pan's strategy to begin draw down starts about a year from now. I don't think this will happen and the WH reason will because "W" took his eye off the target during his watch.
