Resolve occurred during pp latest trip that included China, as part of G-20 Far East Economic Conference. China gets a 16 year pass to comply, while the USA will unilaterially double down it's current rate by 2025. What a deal! It means absolutely nothing. pp just racking up frequent flyer miles and input for his Legacy. 2-Meanwhile in Vienna, our SOS's talks with Iran over there nuclear plans has hit a brick wall, as most everyone concluded before the talks began. But not to worry, SOS has given them another 7 months to think about it. This is input for pp's Lagacy. 3-To provide cover for the items above, pp fires his third SOD in 6 years. WH staffers, VJ and Rice will not stop until a black female (LDP) becomes SOD. This is input for pp's Lagacy. 4-The grand jury findings as read by Ferguson DA, at 9:00 PM ET were not unexpected. The hour at which the ruling was announced publically, is highly questionable. The finding were avaiable as early as 4:00PM ET. 5-Couple the timing, with the pre-announcement battle plan as detailed by the MO Governor Nixon (LDP) for possible aft-announcement reaction. Makes one wonder if the WH/DOJ were involved? 6 The DOJ will continue with their investagation, as if with all the information shared, some other conclusion would be made, is just a smoke screen. 7-We learn this AM, that the MO LT Governor (a CTPR)was not in the loop, on any of the above information. Got his info from FNC, I quess. 8-With all the preparation, as detailed by the Governor, the Army National Guard were no where to be found, while Ferguson burned and bullets fly in the dark. Supposely, the Guard was protecting other government buildings, stores around St. Louis County leaving police agencies total concentration on Ferguson, which proved to be inadequate. However Tuesday morning quarterbacking, has 20/20 sight. 9-Riot conditions existed around the Nation's other major cities, but none equalled Ferguson.

So far in his creel, he has two sucker fish... ACA Law and domestic gutter issues. Think about it...Nothing else! 5-Black Friday this year, could go down in "infamy", for Ferguson, MO. That's the day the Grand Jury in the MO case could passes judgement. Practice riots have been under way for days, fanned by the WH surrogates, early on by the likes of CH and now the slimming tax dodger, crook, a MSNBC anchor, the Rev. Sharpton. 6-The US of A has become a Banaan Republic, in the last 6 years. The Constitution of the US of A is being misused or totally disregarded. In the MO. Sharpton makes a dumb statement like "We are talking about old taxes (<2008, $4.5 M))which he is paying down but no balance stated. Now for new taxes (> 2008 IRS and State yet paid another~ $4M, plus his company owes ~1M. To jail with Jess Jr.

US Senate >01.06.15, will be 54 to 46. 6-Speaking about Gruber, he will called to testify before Congressional Hearings sometime after the new Congress is seated. That will be interesting, since WH thugs will attempt stuff the professor back into the bottle, to no avail. 7-But before the Supremes render their ruling on who pays the piper: (1) the 50 states, as the ACA Law is written or (2)the federal treasury as p,p so wills it by mid-year. 8-The Chief Justice John Glove Roberts owes us one. Pay back time in light of his pivotal decision... if one did not pay your ACA premium it would thet be penalized... by a fine or a tax. CJ Roberts selected a tax, let the ACA to live another day. 7-pp is badgering LDP Justice Ginburg 82, big time to retire before 01.06 2015, otherwise pp has less chance to select another LDP like CH, yes ex-AG Holder to that position. With CTPR contolling the US Senate that ain't gonna happen. CH many finish out his term to 01.06.15.

Gurber and the Keystone XL Pipeline.

1-So far there are no evidence that Gurber had been hired by "Mary" to dislodge the bill from Dirty Harry's grasps for the completion of the Keystone XL Pipe Line. 2-US Senate to vote on the completion of that said pipe line today. 3-Remember pp had approved a smigeon of the southern section only a couple years ago, and it has been storing atmospheric air ever since. 4-The crazy thing is...the Canadians are going to pay for it and the American workers, now unemployed are to install. A Win-Win case. The hell with the CO2/carbonfoot print, Mr President. 5-WH/LDPs Group think, maybe with Gurber help, believes Climate Change is created by man alone, this is plain nuts. 6-It isn't whether the Climate is changing, as the Climate has changed and always will. Humans are physically small in relation to Climate system as a whole. Check the activity of our star...the Sun. 6-Another "American" citizen got his head handed to him, so to speak by the "IS" thugs. pp is really pissed off and plans to take another vacation soon. 7-If the old battleship of no record, the USS "MP" may decide not to run in 2016. I read somewhere Bernie Sanders I-VT may join the GI, the former goofy professor from MA, now goofy US Senator Liz Warren, and Al Sharpton, the MSNBC anchor and Ferguson MO riot organizator. 1-Come Friday this week, the Supreme Court gets to judge the ACA Law again. This time to rule...who pays the bill? Does the individual states pay the O'Care subsidies, as the law was written, or does the federal government just adds it to the tab...the almost $ 18T debt as pp thinks. 2-Remember, not a single CTPR member has a fingerprint or a DNA spot on the ACA Bill, as it was signed off by only LDP and sent to pp for signiture to make it a Law back in 2010. 3-Way back when...Mayberry RFD hired a Goober for their TV show to add fun and laugher The WH/HHS and a bunch of other LDP organizations, hired it's Gruber to help write the bills when the need to play on the stupid American emotions and trick them by pulling the wool over their eyes. The gig is up! 4-How in the hell, the WH/HHS were going add 30M uninsured/ sickly people to the onging program, currently doing a bad job for the other 300M paying customers? Oh by the way...keep you doctor, keep your medical/pharamcy, in fact a family of four will save $2,500/yr. Well, you hire a LDP Harvard PhD, now working as a professor at MIT, and running his own consulting company on the side. Someone said it..."There are 1,000 of Gruber in the government". 5-pp said he just heard about this Gruber guy over the week-end. When the records indicate Gruber had 19 meetings in the WH Oval Room since 2009, with the said individual, in the witness of other lying LDP staff. 6-pp in recent press conference recently said "we did not mislead on O'Care". 1-The 114 Congress will consist currently: 53 CTPR Vs 46 LDPs. My prediction of 53 to 47 by 01.16.15 will be surpassed as LA flips to all red state status, making the US Senate 54 to 46. I believe Senate could override vetos, need but 6 votes from not so LDP senators. The US House will be CTPR 243 to 179 LDP. 2-pp returns from China vacation empty handed. Meanwhile China, others hack away at our cyber security. 3-Not all Americans are stupid, as suggested the Havard educated PhD Economist, now working at MIT and an architect for the O'Care bill. Gosh, a third clip just surfaced where he repeats the same thing. WH trying to get the professor back into the bottle, to no avail. Ammo for the 114 Congress to munch upon. Lets see! There were no CTPR fingerprints on the whole bill, that was sent to pp to sign into ACA Law. Let the dimantling begin come January 2015. 4-I have problems with the US Navy Seal Team 6 member singing on FNS, the last couple of nights. It voilates the Code of Secrecy of what these organization do...hit, run, leave no one behind, vanish, keep mouth shut, under the darkness of the night. This code was earlier breach by another alleged Team Six member when he published a book a year or so ago. Please note: About three month after OBL take out, many of the Team Six that were part of the OBL team died in Afghaistan. A huge chopper crashed, killing all 30 US military personnel aboard, many were from this team. The "Accident" either happened on take off or landing. Could of been shot down, by whom?

So What Did You Expect!!

1-According to pp, the LDP lost last Tuesday was about dsyfunction in DC, and not pp's policies and leadership. He cites the 2/3 of legal voters who didn't vote was a better index to guage what the #44 Administration accomplish in last 6 years and will continue for the next two years. Say what!!! 2-Great Scott man! How long did it take VJ to think up this analogy??? 3-Speaking of Scott(s). There were at least four Scott's candidates in Federal and State races where Scott was either their surname or given name. There could be more, but four was confusing enough. There were 3 victors, one a loser. 4-Winners: Scott Walker, CTPR, WI; Tim Scott CTPR, SC; Scott Fister LDP, AZ; Loser: Scott Brown, CTPR, NH. Note Scott Brown has a hard time beating LDP candidates who are ladies. Well, the NH LDP candidate was a lady, but the one down south in MA, is a LDP is a goffy witch, who may run against the LDP gold standard MP, if the latter goes into a tail spin 5-Today pp has invited the Key Leaders of the Senate and House for lunheon meeting. Same people as before Nov 4 election: Mitch* and Al's boy for the CTPRs, and Dirty Harry* and MM for the LDPs. Mitch and Dirty Harry's seating may change due to change in protocol...Mitch majority leader, Dirty Harry now minority leader. 6-One item that may struck from the WH agenda, will be the renaming of the Washington Redskins. The voter recount underway to see who is the winner of the US Senate may give pause. 6-Crime rate in DC (blue district)should spike soon, simce recreational marijuana became legal there as in Alaska (blue) and Oregon (blue) states. 7-Washington, DC US government institutions, will not be setting up shop in basement of government building since it is still a federal law prohibiting such activity. pp with just a pen could sign off on an EO changing the restriction, but he will not. 8-When CTPR principles are entrenched once again, with the capping off with CTPR winning the WH, in 2016, I believe this marijuana issue will be revisited. The EPA should enforce the Clean Air Law as it did for cigaretts. 9-The CTPRs have a first black female in US Rep; first black US Senator to win full term on his own.

1-The O'Agenda run-away train, hit a brick wall last evening! The 2014 Mid-Term elections results thus far, was indeed a referendum on the pp undiscripted policies and a US Senate told to block all US House bills. The nation's people had enough, and want to chart a new route through the second decade of the 21 Century and beyond. 2-The CTPR US Senate hit the magic +6 seat gain, < 11:00PM. Currently 52 Red--46 Blue, three undecided. AK and LA could flip to CTPR, but LA not until 01.06 2015 run-off. VA could go into recount, since CTPR Gellespi is <1% of total. 3-Gellespi came from 20 points down a week or so ago to recount! WOW! That is in a blue state. Maybe a one liner during Monday PM football game he made a TV ad statement something like..."what is the US Senate debating the name of the Washington Redskins, don't they have something better to do with their time"? Amen bro! 4-CTPR picked up at least 12 additional US House seats. 5-The seed bed for POTUSA candidates, the nation's governors, was fertile field for the CTPR. 6-From the royal blue pp's "home" state IL... the blue governor was tossed out of office is a miracle, couple that with MA. doing the same thing, the electorate were damn mad at incumbents. 7-pp to make a statement later this PM. Abdication??? That would be a super miracle. 8-I bet MP had a tough night sleeping.
