BFD

-The Supremes to meet today and vote on their position as it applies to the Constitutionality or Unconstitutionality of the O'HealthCare Law. However the answer will not be made known to public until sometime in late June 2012, if it isn't leaked beforehand. This branch of our the government seldom represent a seive as the other two branches of government do. I predict by a vote of 6 to 3, the health care mandate portion of the Law is found Unconstitutional. The six are: CJ-Roberts,J-Scaila, J-Kennedy, J-Thomas and J-Alito and a late conversion of J-Breyer. Voting for: will be J-Ginsburg, J-Solomayer, J-Kagan. The rest of the Law will be sent back through channels to Congress to overhaul by a vote of 9-0. pp's signature piece of legistation will not become reality during pp's occupancy of the WH.
-The odds of winning the biggest lottery is something like 180,000,000:1. I know enough about statistics and the lawS of probability to keep my money in my billfold.
-It appears, in silence pp approves the Black Panthers' vigilante technique of issuing a $1M dead or alive bounty on Mr Zimmerman head is ok. Al Sharpton and the other shake down reverend are firing up the masses to almost a riot stage and nothing is said by our president. Other goofy folks from the entertainment world joining in the rabble rousing. Let the authorities complete their investigation and an an arrest is made, IF NECESSARY.
-Paul Ryan's budget passed the House, but Dirty Harry shelved it. The WH's budget was defeated in House something lke 435 to zip. Third year in a row and last for pp.

The Supremes

-Well we must now wait until late June 2012 to determine if the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Law aka as O'HealthCare is found all or part thereof to be declared Constitutional or Unconstitutional. I believe this case supsedes any previous event brought before any US Supreme Court, ever. The decision to be rendered has so much riding on it and future legislation challenges. The HealthCare Mandate has to be found Unconstitutional. For this reason: 1) horrible precident if passed, voids the three legged chair our government was built and up to now the envy of the world. 2) Congress does not have the power to force unwilling Americans to buy health care insurance or pay a fine, there 3) there is no remedy in our Constitution as to how if would be enforced much less made operational. The rest of the Law will be found Constitutional, but it will implode by that giant sucking sound...more deficit spending less revenue generating. However all is not lost. Kill the said Law. Start over again this time lets don't use the one party approval process.
-The President of the US of A must not get personally involved in any murder case, for that matter anything case that does not affect his administrating his sworn duties.
-The President of the US of A got caught again on an open mike, sending some sort of coded message to the current Russian President's successor.

# 350 blog...No BFD!

-Why was there no WH celebration(s) of the second anniversary yesterday since pp signed into Law the O'HealthCare Law? Well for one, there was no consensus by congress, when no CTPR signed off and some LDP intimated to vote for the Bill. We are approaching the threshold of a dictatorship.
-By the way it was the same day, when "GI" made a comment, heard around the world, over an open mike to pp..."this is a BFD".
-Now we find pp indosing a $30 T-shirt that says about the same thing being indorsed, over tweeter by Presidernt of the United States. Really adds dignity to the Office of the President of the United States of America, now doen't it?
-Shortly we could be witnessing two Constitutional crises: 1) the mandate that everyone must participate in the O'HealthCare Law by paying their premiums or be fined and/or jailed perhaps both, by the US AG's office or there agencies. 2) Separation of Church and State: over the birth control issue. It's not just the Christans up in arms, but other faith(s) for this issue and other specific causes.
-The US Supreme Court will be confronted with both these issue, yet this year. The Nine Justices must cast aside their political biases and focus on what was so eloquently put to paper by our fore-fathers over 220 years ago.
-Lets not try to unravel our nation's unique documents, the envy of the world.

"All of the Above"

-pp was out in the country side yesterday, where the corn grows as high as an elephant's eye, lecturing the OK oil folks on the merits of his "All of the Above" energy program, as gas price contiunue its upward spiral like the imaginary corn stalks above. With green* steel piping stacked in backround, pp had the to take credit and commanded his adm. to cut the red tape and allow the Keystone XL pipe line to be installed from OK to TX refineries at once. I am convinced the audience was wondering and questionable of our CEO knowledge, for the pipe line installation had already commenced almost from the spot where he was standing to TX. Currently underway is but 30% of the total pipe line than may someday go across our northern border and into Canada, that's another 1,200 miles away and stuck in an quagmire of his making. The same old slogan repeated...we use 20% of the worlds energy supply and we have but 2% reserves. pp needs a new speech writer, for he is out of sync with the free enterprise system at work in spite of his socialist administration, including the 1001 Czars.
-I hate to repeat stats from DC, for they are always questionable...but here is a snapshot. Just yesterday the new unemployed filings dropped again by another 5,000 from estimated and the new weekly total is only 384,000. Not bad, but 3.25 years into an administration, when the Bush Recession was over in June 2009 before any of pp's "corrective mesures" were hatched. Bad performance indeed, send him back to the minors.

* The green piping in the background for pp's address yesterday was not staged there by envirnmentist, green people, rather it is a standard coating for steel pipe, fittings, valves etc. that are being buried below grade. It's part of a process called cathodic protection

Belching Stupidities

-I pray when "GI" becomes unemployed on 01.13.2013 high noon, he doesn't become a WH historian. Quote of recent went something like this, (refering to pp) the take out of OBL, last May 1 was the greatest military feat in the last 500 years! Oh really!!!
-D of E Secty Professor "Chew" when asked before congress to self grade his preformance so far into this administration, he gave himself something a little over A-. Now really, how are approaching the threshold of the peak driving season. "Chew" don't ever own a automobile, probably used a limo. fueled by algae
-Romney extends his lead over the pack. I hope the pack can remain in the race to the convention, sucks the O2 from pp/ LDP party.
-Now I understand pp may sign the tail end of the Keystone Pipeline to silence the trade unions. Makes sense every other proposal proposed by pp starts from the ass-end forward.
-Denver Broncos' management must be nuts. Hire a 35year old damaged QB to a five year contract at the expense of "T-Bow"

Primary Fatique

-Next up Illinois' CTPR primary tomorrow. Tons more to follow. One wonders what the big concern was as to who lead off the primary season at the top of the year? This puppy is going all the way to the CTPR Convention in Maimi, and a fifth person could emerge the candidate? US Sen. Rob Portman R-OH for VP, sure bet.
-Opening statements to commece shortly before the US Supreme Court as to the constitutionally of the O'HealthCare Law's payment plan.
-Meanwhile the CBO new score (SWAG estimate) of the O'HealthCare Law price tag has ticked up slightly to almost 2X original estimates. Creaping inflation notwithstanding. Something like 1.8T over the remaining 9 years. Good grief Charley Brown! As I understand it fewer people will also be covered , which increases the cost per person in the loop to increase by some imaginary number.
-Another Supreme Court challenge probably will advance to the Supreme's docket, that of the Constitutionily issue of Separation of Church and State Admendment #1 over the universal birth control coverage. It's not about the pills and procedure it's about the pp administration plowing through the line dividing Church and State which our forefather so craftly designed to preclude in the Constitution as amended.
-Another former professor...Secty of Energy "Chew" to be spit out of Cabinet for saying... to paraphase gas prices should come down and that green energy per se is decades away. pp new slogan "all the above energy sources" including algae are on his agenda so long it's green? Charley Brown would have a tough time with this line item.

Strategic Vs Tactical Policy

-I hear pp is more determined to leave Afghanistan after the massacre, than ever. That's find to ponder, but as CEO, in this case of the military, one does not have the pleasure to make instant calls as soon as something isn't going right. First the burning of the Koran, not a reoccuring problem, say you are sorry, suck it up and move on. Next an America GI, goes bonkers and takes out 16 or so civilians for no reason other than for the US troops taken out by Afghan military over burning of the Korans. To wrongs don't make a right! That also happens in war and there is obsoletely no amount of appology to overcome this bad act. Maybe the GI should of been in theater of war will pass experiences. Ok that's a bad PR deal, but it does not change the Strategic objectives, not the Tactical mission and certainly not to fold up camp and race for the exits. Iran, Pakistan and Russia have the exits blocked.

-This was the good war per our CEO. He said it many times. pp said this is where Bush should of focused all his attention, not Iraq. The Iraqi war is over Sir you brought the troops home and took credit. But it was you Sir who tripled down of the boots on the ground in afghanistan to replicate the sucessful Bush's Surge in Iraq. In your case it didn't work. Maybe you should of left the top military leaders from Iraq do the replication.

-Moral in the business world, likewise or maybe more so in military world starts with the CEO and works its way down the ranks until it reaches the buck private or janitor. If the CEO has a positiove attitude and buys in 100% has the mission to find sucess. Just to stick your toe in water, to sense the temperature don't hack it Sir. Your Nobel Peace Prize not with standing.

-Case in point, for a CEO to advise the world at the Point a couple years back he was going to surge the troop strength 3X, but then in the same breathing from his mouth tell the cadets, there BOSS will start to be releave the surge troops and others with Afghan troops, police (yet to be identified and trained in < 1 year was blowing hot air out his ass... power of positive thinking, wishful thinking, what ever not will not bring peace to Afghanistan who have been in or at war since bibical times.

Passing thoughts not actions.

-One thing pp told the Israeli PM upon leaving the WH...I don't bluff. But I have a tendency to lie a lot. By now, the PM realizes pp lied about what was said during their entire meeting.
-pp also told the PM...there is this little, old, fat, white, guy with white hair, prentending to be Santa Claus, and is telling everyone, that if elected he will see to it all will be able to buy gas at $2.00/gal or trade for a jug of pp algae as a swap.
-pp gave the PM a half dozen Volts as a parting gift. pp also sent a like number to all the Iranian leaders as goodwill with more to come, if they just those damn centrifuges. Gotta clear the inventory some way so production can ramp up again.
-pp finds he and them, have to hit the road more often now, since the fat cats in Wall St Financial Institutions and others stopped giving like they did in '08,
forget the "OWS" gang out side.

Somethings to ponder.

-64% of all US Senators are lawyers
-36% of all US House menbers are lawyers
-68% of all US presidents have been lawyers
-Yet only a little over 1/3 of 1% of all Americans are lawyers, Hum!
-pp is a former lawyer, a Professor of Constitutonal Law, and former state and US senator.

Yr 2011 % of Big 3 vehicles sold over previous year:
GM Ford Chrysler Group (Fiat Spa)
5 % 10% 26%

Yr 2012 YTD Big 3:
GM Ford Chrysler
1.1% 14% 40%

-There is something wrong at GM other than the Volt, plus they still owe the US Treasury (our money) some $28 B.
-Chrysler still owes <$2B, but seem to be getting there act together.
-Ford never took a dime of the stimulus money.
-Points of interest:
-It was a week or so ago, pp boosted from GM Volt plant in Detriot how he saved the automotive industry. He would buy a Volt homself, but the Secret Service says no for 5 more years. Re-think purchase date to 01.20.2013 PM.
-Shortly after pp leaves a Volt manufacturing plant it halted production for min. 5 weeks and laysoff 1,300 worker.
- pp's Chicago handlers need to do a better job of screening future "green" plants' P&L statements before pp visits and then temper his preacher speeches. Better yet leave everthing is just fine. They look like the Keystone cops at work and is good for entertainment. Where did I hear the word Keystone before???

Yesterday

-Yesterday...in 1789, the US Constitution went into effect as the first Congress met in NYC. (Cincinnati Enquirer 03.05.12)

-Tomorrow... some of us will have the privilege, a duty, to participate in that 223 year old multi-faceted foundational documental of our nation...the right to vote in a variety of States' presidental primaries.

-In Glenn Beck and et.al. book, the "Original Arguments" he speaks to the fundimental thoughts and the underpinnings of the US Constitution, that being the 85 Federalist Papers. He attempts to lace yesterday, today and tomorrow together to provide and interesting read and the momentum, the focus to keep this nation on the tracks.

-Vote

March 2, 2012

-Mother nature spared the northern rim cities of Louisville and Cincinnati yesterday but the land between and adjacent, not so good. Happens this time of year ever year since the beginning of recorded time and its not due to global warming. Just more people getting in the way. One case, a guy's moble home got wiped out last year, repeat this year. Think I would hit the road and find a new location...in a cave.
-It was no surprise to me that GM has halted production on the 2012 Chey Volt and the 1Q12 isn't over yet. You think the customers are telling GM and the WH this is not what we need now. By the way with GM reported making millions of dollars on their other lines of fossil fuel autos and trucks, how about paying back the tax payers are holding a 26% house loan, you guys still owed us.
-pp states there is not silver bullet to halting the price of fuel at the pump. That's if you have your head up your ass, Sir.
-I don't bluff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!thats what pp stated only yesterday. Believe Clint Eastwood is now coaching pp on what to say to the PM of Israel visit early next week. If pp says something like "Go ahead and make my day" the gig is up.
-Its not those free damn pills that pp talks about, it the breach of the US Constitution Adm #1... separation of church and state. I guess if you have your head in the same place as aboue, you can't see that... Constitutional Professor pp.

O'HealthCare and cost of Gas.

-HSS Frau Fury, when challenged before congress, how are free meds paid for like... birth control handled under O'HealthCare Law? Her responses was something like this: Well if we have fewer children, then we will have sufficient moneys to cover free meds for everyone. What??? Let me paraphrase that a bit. In order for US to get another loan from China to fund O'HealthCare we have to adopt Chineese rules... one child per family. The HSS's statement appears to me, to be racial at it's core. Who have the bulk of the single parent multi-child families? They run baby factories to get free everything from the government. They have been doing this for generations. Ok, what comes next... the sick, mentally and physically and them there senior people? AKA Palin's death squads, during "08 campaign.

-The CTPR Bill offered in the Senate yesterday on the subject matter failed by only 4votes. That Bill will be revisited in the House soon.

-Anyone with an ounce of analytical ability can see crystal clear that allowing gas prices to rise out of sight at the pump, will curb useage. It happen before, Mr. President. It's your 99% that are hurting bad now and to do nothing but wait for green energy to take hold, is living in a fools paradise. The 1%'ers care less.

-Here we go...pp and the Sectreary of Energy are both out of academe, and are still residing in their mine, in a class room environment. Theoretically, they have the answers to our energy demise, then the bell rings and puff everyone goes back into their 1% life style, inherited from the blood, sweat and tears of generations past. They can't be 1% 'er, but they hange out with LDP who are, tons of them. Where do they get the money for the re-elections. I think they call it duplicity.

Our Leader

-Well two more Americans died, post Koran bondfire and pp sits on his hands and sends his apologies. The most powerful nation, the world has ever know, is cornered by our aledged ally, a tiny mouse, that of Afghanistan. Hell the US might as well leave Afghanistan on the first train out but, we are boxed in makeing escape deadly. To our west, we have Iran, to our north former Soviet Unions' states soon to be re-incorporated in the New Russia by Putin. To our east and south another questionable ally...Pakistan. The WH must re-think our Afghanistan long range mission, that beyohd Nov 6, 2012.
