Legacy Salute

1-Four of the six Mid-East Arab "friendly" kingdoms have given pp the old California salute to his upcoming DC Summit, on how to combat ISIS, without a red paint can and brush. 2-No genius necessary to figure out why! While US and third string European leaders has closed door negotiations with Iran's nuclear program. 3-This country has never been as leaderless, or have a CEO as trust-worthy-less, as the world and we find today. 4-America will remain in hibernation until 20 January 2017 and then only if a CTPR becomes POTUSA. 5-MP and her "sidekick" appear as escapees from a wax museum. Then there is the backup nominee, Senator Sanders, the Socialist, from the geriatrics wing.

Oh, No! Not again?

1-Down in Dixieland, America's legal system being tested again? I done think so. 2-This time, there is obsoletely no police misconduct, just a cop doing a traffic citation. 3-Two policemen were killed, one white male, the arresting officer, and his back up a black male officer. 4-The alleged killer of both policemen, was a black male, the driver of the car. With the "killer" in the car were two other black males and one black female. 5-I don't believe the MSNBC/ WH race relations "officer" will visit this site. Except maybe to claim the arresting officer did not leave sufficient safe zone, during the arrest, that the car could not of sped away.

Facts

1-The weather here has been so super, it's been tough to spend time in the bunker. 2-I am borrowing some time from my punch list of yard and garden duties to address what is going on in Baltimore. 3-America's new AG, traveled, to the city in a bind, since slavery, Jim Crow era, can't forget segregation... so says the POTUSA from inside the WH. 4-Baltimore's records speaks volumes. 5-However to steal someone property, or torch it to the ground, you are a thief/criminal period. It make no difference if you are white or black, including all the skin tone between, you are a thief/criminal no matter the age/sex/creed. There are courts to remedy these problems. 6-For a mayor, to stand down Baltimore's riot police, the moment school lets out on a Friday PM. Telling the Maryland Governor everything is A-OK, hold State police and the National Guard troop at bay is a fool or just plain stupid and shouldn't be mayor period. Look at the 5-year mayor's history. 7-With riot police on stand-down, the mayor created a vacuum, soon filled by a rioters, arsonist most of high-school age ready to follow mayor's order...to destroy after all it's only things. The mayor created high school kids into felons. That's good for the resume! 8-So yesterday America's new AG comes to Baltimore to meet with mayor, state attorney and the police departments including some of the citizens. 9-Soon after the AG leaves town, the mayor et. al. prep a letter to the AG's office in DC. The memo requesting US DOJ institute a special investigation to investigate alleged police misconduct. Really! The mayor should be careful what she asks for. There are video, audio records of her in the early hours of of riots/arson...where she said "gotta have a free zone for them to destroy". The state attorney must remove herself from any trial of the six police officers. Because her husband is on city council, and they are friends with Gray's attorney, who actually worked to get her elected as state attorney. 10-Remember the previous US AG went 0 for 4 with such investigations.

Baltimore's JV Legal Team!

1-Baltimore has a couple of rookies official's who have shot themselves in the foot. That's why there are JV teams, those not ready for prime time. 2-pp seems to be sitting this case out, after going 0 for 4: MA, FL, MO, Staten Island. 2-Court proceedings will not be in Baltimore proper, but somewhere else in the State of Maryland. 3-Both the Mayor and State Attorney( each county has a state attorney in Maryland, not answerable to the State AG) must recluse themselves. 4-It would not surprise, me once the dust settles, The State evidence is so weak, that the six police officers will walk. Maybe the driver could spend some time in jail, but unlikely. 5-The police officers did what police officers do, keep the peace, catch violators, take them to jail, use force if necessary, and do community service. 6-The racial mix of the six police officers: one black female, two black male and three white males. I believe the driver was a black male but not certain? 6-Unless one or more of the police officers flip(s) and turns state evidence, but even then would be all hearsay. 7-If the prisoner (s) in the paddy wagon, before or after the victim entered, were allowed testimony, it would not produce any eyewitness, only muffled audio, since there were solid panels in the paddy wagon to separate prisoners.

All Six Involved Cops Are Arrested.

1-They don't mess around in Baltimore so it seems, in the death of Freddy Gray. From murder #2, manslaughter, to being a white cop or a cop at all. 2-Strike that last part of previous sentence. I don't have a clue yet of the racial mix of the police involved. 3-We do know this: Freddy was DOA at the hospital, or died shortly after arriving at the hospital. 4-The indictments past down appears to be based on hearsay from the cops involved and the other(s) prisoner(s) in the paddy wagon. The later prisoner(s) could not see Freddy, only hear what was going on in the paddy wagon since a solid panel separated the prisoner(s). 5-I must say the State Attorney's conclusion sounded complete, but weeks in preparation. Strike that sentence from comma forward. But the police report was just received a day or so ago. Is there a mole in the police department, ME office? 6-I believe Freddy will be exhumed, before this case is concluded. Surprised he wasn't cremated? 7-pp has his race relation representative at the crime seen. MSNBC will have get a pinch hitter to fill in for months.
