Correction: In previous blog, I errored and got my "B", and "T" messed up. What PP, Gentle Ben (GB), and the Jockey are cooking up is scheme of almost $ T (not $1 B as I reported) in a new stimulus package. The difference $'s is tremendous. That's why PP is off to India to trade newer nuclear technology, for there buying ~ $1 T in our treasury notes. Most of the rest of the world have rolled up their welcoming mats to there treasury buildings.
From an article about number theory*, a story was told about a king wished to reward his loyal court mathemation. He asked his servant what he most desired. "Sire," said the mathematioian, "I have a simple request". Just place one grain of rice on a single square of a chessboard. Then fill each square by doubling the number of grains for every other square. "I would be content with the total sum of rice." The king marveled at the humility of this modest mathemation, who asked for so little in return for his great services. The king should not have agreed so quickly. All told, he owed a total of 18,446,744,073,709,551,615 grains of rice--or more than 671 billion tons. How, the king wondered, was this possible? It's due to a simple, but powerful calculation, the sum of geometric progression.
Our current administration in "Warshington" with our separate Federal Reserve Board, to me are beginning to look like the ancient king, clueless for what they are requesting.
