Noticed with interest the British Healthcare plan is shifting control to local MDs. The said plan has been in a perpetual state of flux trying to find a equilibrium point where the best care can be rendered for the cheapest price, while cost and demand are escalating. Hello WH, are you there? I know you are not at the clinton weddn', but wherever you are, take note of the above. What the Brits are searching for is what we have here in the States... free enterprise system, until O'HealthCare goes into effect in 2014 or so, if ever!!!
