Report on a PP stimulus Project.

-Back in 2009, I put the cross-hairs on a PP stimulus project to install solar panels on gov't buildings. Cincinnati took the bait. Local, State came up with a $451,418 check from the PP administration. Based on that figured I found a simple ROI... to extend to nearly the end of this century. This is a gov't project no reference was made as to when these jewels would be paid off, since they were to be used to trim peek electrical demand. It gets better.
There were some PP strings attached: 1) the $s had to be spent in <1 yr. and it had to effect but one building. Since the local folks couldn't come up with one gov't site big enough in sq. ft. they got authorization to slice the pie 13 ways on Park related structures, like the zoo, etc. OK. But there was also no $s to install, so the State and Park District had to come up with another $216,000. Bucks in pocket now $677,418 or just $47,672 avg. ea.
-Typical rate structure for a BUSINESS is based on peak electrical demand, but we are working with the gov't. A commission was set up of Fed, State, Local and Duke Power to work up a rate structure. [ maybe some one thought about a ROI ?... the citizens might find out?, holy cow!!] So they made a deal with Duke Power. All 13 stations will become electrical generating stations. The amount of electric generated is miniscule and they only operate well on clear sunny days, but not all at night and poorly on really clowdy days of which we have in almost equal porportion. The kicker-- these photovolatic cells may have been imported because of the rush to install.
-I can verify one installation in Eden Park. Its on a latrine roof.

Illinois' Politians

-Found this joke. A black guy was be reprimanded for the last time. The black guy said "you fired me because I am black". His boss in response, "No we hired you because you were black". "We're firing you because you are absolutely useless". A good logo for 2012 election.
-PP and the LPD's have absolely no record or accomplishments to run on, so why does PP thinks he has to gather $1 B in campaign funds? Maybe he is planning to excaping to where OJ was heading, when he was arrested?
-The State of Illinois has a fully funded retirement program for ex-governers. Blago gets his starting next Monday. He joins his predecessor George Ryan now serving time in the big house. But, Blago will probably file an appeal, (only found guilty 17 out of 20 charges) which will delay starting retirement until latter this decade.

Food Prices and Debt Reduction

-PP has another problem. Watch for food prices to surge not necessarily cause by inflation per se. All the excessive rain and flooding in Central and Mid-western states and in Canada to hit the market place, soon. Planting could be off at least 50% and late yields will be impacted. Farmer's will hold back delivery to granaries to maximum profits on a smaller yield...its like gold. PP is totally responsible for corn shortage- due to EPA's Ethanol quotas.
-Waiting for PP to step into the batters box on debt and deficit reduction talks with a looming drop dead date of Aug 2. PP has very little wiggle room, but to tackle the big four, an unauthorized $1.1 B come September's end, on the non-hostile crisis in Lybia, and only God know where-else. Troop drawdown in Afghanistan in phases, and total withdraw in Iraq will only be a blip on the radar screen near-term, only Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid remain. Remedy for SS semms doable-raise retirement age to 150 years and don't pay COLA like PP did for the past 2 years. However starting to fart around with M & M is going to be especially tough because of these entitlements PP was going to take $500 B /over 10 yrs.to support his new entitlement O'HealthCare. Bye-Bye- O'HealthCare.
I believe PP will begin see the folly of going hell bend with his O'HealthCare (one party indorsement) before pausing for a moment to check all the red blinking lights and alarms at the front door, the day he took office 01/20/09. Bye-Bye come 01/20/13

Last of the arrows

PP's quiver is now out of arrows. The last arrow spent, releasing 30 M barrels of crude ftom the SOR is out of sync. World price for crude has been trending down, caused by more supply than demand, does it every time all by itself. Furthermore, there is no crisis existing for such action, other than PP polling data. Plus adding 30M barrel is like pissing into the ocean, a ripple in a pond. Lets see how PP handles the debt crisis, since the gang over at the Blair House vaporized. That is another job well done by GI.

502 Days to GO!

-Yep, only 502 days until PP loses his re-election bid, big time.
-Last night's 13 minute anti-war campaign speech, PP did what no other previous Chief Exec ever done. PP conveyed to our enemy detail troop withdraw schedules. And yes, the Afghan war is on-going and the surge is working according to Gen. Petracus, but Petracus, is being " promoted" to a DC desk job. Some dove general probably will replace him?
-PP is keeping his word given back in 2009... he agreed to send 30,000 surge combat troops to Afghanistan,(the good war) but he will start a draw down of 10,000 by 07/11He hedged in the withdraw timeline and said all 10,000 would be removed by end of year. Petracus must of had a teaching moment with PP...the fighting season doesn't end till near years end. But the balance of the surge troops 20,000 would be heading state-side by 09/12? HAULT! That is before the fight season is over in 2012, BUT is before campaigning season really gets serious. Anyhow, the balance of the troops ~75,000 will be gone by end of 2014 (two years after he is out of office). (Uncertain when NATO or any UN troops leave or maybe they are gone already?). US troops killed over 10 years was 4,500 in Iraq; 1,500 YTD in Afghanistan and cost nearly $ 1 T. This money could of been used to create new industry/jobs. End wars! (no winning a war or victory was uttered by PP.) No nation building. Reclaim dream!
-Lybia, there are no hostilities there? Really? No US boots on the ground...that's a white lie...forward observers calling in air strikes, but they could be CIA folks, don't count. The US is supporting NATO, flying NATO sorties, but planes are unarmed? Really? Maybe another little white lie? Truth would help PP's creditability, but continues with legal speak... like the Zipper.
-First time unemployment claims rose over 200,000 last week(2X of last 3 weeks). Trending in the wrong direction, as are most other indicators. Wait until the printing presses stop and debt reduction plans kick in.

The week-end in review

-Gosh, we don't have Tony to kick around. I wonder if Mrs. Weiner cut off Tony's...twitter acount? Maybe she excercised Ms. Babbitts's solution?
-Now if the Anthony Murder Case were to be solve we would have just PP's debt, deficits, 3 wars, sinking economy, unemployment, dropping home sales and values, fewer new housing starts, retail prices dropping, auto sales slump, slidding into a double dip recession, inflation and ...
-The team of PP and Earl's boy beat the GI and Ohio's Gov. at Andrew's AFB golf course yesterday. But that was an understable conclusion for weeks prior. But did you know, that this was the first event, where the top three P, VP and Speaker in order of succession ever appeared in one outdoor event?
-Rory Mcllroy really tore up the US Open. I hope he is for real and not juiced up like Woods was.
-Seems NBC had a political statement to make during the US Open. I believe it was on two occasions, they wrote out "under God" while saying the Pledge of Alliance!
-Heads up. New twist on the globe warming or climate change. Seems is though our star, the sun, is going into hibernation for a spell. This is based on real historical/scientic proof, not on randon bits of info for a book "Inconvient Truth". Globe change is happening, as it has since the beginning of time. What they have observed: weaking sunspots, fewer streams from the pole's of the sun's corona and a disappearing solar jet streams. Just ramping up now, but come 2020 you might want to throw another log on the fire.

Re-unite

- Weiner and wife to reunit soon as the DOS Mary Poppins' returns to America. I am sure MP brief Mrs. Weiner on how she would handle the sitution. The Zipper and MP been like godparents to the Weiners. The word godparents doesn't fit too well in this case, maybe strange grandparents would be better.
- Operation Fast & Furious sort of backfired on the ATF and the DOJ. Yep, the Camel Herder got his fingerprints on this mess also. If you hadn't read anything about this Ops please do so, the root principles aren't in any basic tech manual on weapons control.
- Why did PP fly to Puerto Rico other other day? He has nothing else to do? Right!
The last POTUSA to visit was another LDP...Kennedy, I do believe. The last time we had both the President and VP as former senators. Righto... Kennedy and Johnson, and they were duds like PP and GI.
- PP assigned another duty to the GI's agenda. Root out wasteful spending in government. Humm!!! That's a good one PP, but isn't that what the GI and the gang of 5 are doing over in the Blair House right now>...determine spending cuts in the $ T's. before one penny of debt is accumuated come Aug 2.
- When does PP come up to bat? Oh! he's a designated delegateor.

Observations and Comments

-MamaO had a spudnut moment a few weeks past, and invented a new food chart. Out with the pyramid in with the circles. After spending $2 M she and her committee and consultants came up with six circles (plates). A larger white bottom plate to support four smaller multicolored and one satellite small dish for dairy products. The focus is on fruit, whole grain and veggies and less on meat and dairy products.
Seems as though there is alresdy a problem with the fruit, veggies and grain to a lessor extent, producers. The meat and dairy producers are generiously subsidized and only 1% goes to the other three producers. Cost of fruit and veggies are likely to increase...inflation WH generated. The WH can't get anthing right.
-PP the other day went to Michigan to talk to a Italian/American auto maker workers to show that if he hadn't stepped in Chrysler would of vanished and all the UAW worker would be without a job. In addition the support and service industry in the area would of closed. Later that week one of the fixture of the neighborhood noted (restrauant) noted by PP went out of business. Didn't say anthing about GM, who still owes the US taxpayers $25B or so and a second IPO cannot be issues because the stock market price is below the original IPO offer price. Can't put the auto industry in the winner columns yet. Off to NC to talk to solar cell workers who was also given stimulus $, but Sir this is a Chinese owned company and most of the fabrication is done in China.

MamaO's New Food Pyramid

MamaO's had a spudnut moment a few weeks back, and came up with a new rendition to replace the old food pyrimid chart. MamaO was commissioned to make people less fat, starting I suppose with her. From her waist on down she is huge and can cast a shadow, that if PP is standing in, he disappears. After spending ~ $2 M she,the USDA and consultants came up with a unique series of circular plates. One larger bottom plate, with four different coloured smaller plates resting on the larger plate: fruits, veggies, whole grain, and protin. There was one satellite smaller plate off to upper right side for dairy products. The idea was to stress fruit, veggies and whole grain products and less on meat and dairy products. That's cool. But seems we got a problem. The USDA annually subsidizes the meat and dairy guys and < 1 % for the other 3 producer. Guess what? PP will have to step in sometime and either cut the subsidies to the protin producers or start to subsidize the other three food group. Another political and financial time bomb. Solution: Set up another bi-partison committee and have the Grinning Idiot to head up, as soon as the GI resolve the national debt crisis. Drop dead date August 2.
PS: Update on debt reduction: GI came up with $150,000,000,000/10 yrs. Needs only a little less than $4,000,000,000,000,000/ 10 yrs.

Mother Moron to have...

Yep! Mother Moron to have Weiner's probe investigated, now that he has come clean that the probe is indeed his. Some say he checked in with John Edwards, Esq. over the weekend, after the lies and cover-up stories started to unravel, as women starting to come out of the woodwork to testify they received Weiner's twitters for months, even longer. Now he is contrite, i.e. he got his probe caught is a vise so to speak, and he is now sorry to the world including his wife of less than a year. Some LDP's agree that he is truly sorry, has taken full responsibility so the problem is no longer and the issue left is now between he and his wife. B.S. to the n th power. This creep should be tarred and feathered, as in olden days, and let loose in Times Square at high noon tomorrow, in the town he thought he could become some day the mayor. What the hell was he thinking, and not be held accountable? What does the youth of this country, already in decay, take away from this, if he is not punished and purged from the United States of America's House of Representatives. Thumbs down.

All vital signs suggest the economy has relapsed and could be sliding back into double dip recession. You don't get a warm and fussy feeling when PP's Chief Financial Advisor Goolsbee ups and resigns earlier today out of frustation with whom? I think, he may be referring to our "Hope and Change" clueless, unexperienced
leader of almost three years. I think, the US of A has experimented long enough with trying to training a rookie windbag, to repeat the problem in 2012. Experience counts!

Weiner dangles

Tony Weiner,D-NY, apparantly can't identify himself in underware, twittered to a college co-ed. He is bring in special experts, at his expense, to determine who the guy in the underware really is. The FBI could do the same thing in about 5 minutes, at no costs, but apparently Weiner don't think the Feds would come up with the right answer? I like to watch this little weasel squirm. Regardless he should resign, leaving his district which leans right, ripe for the picking for the CTPR's. A tit for tat to offset the other idiot who gifted his office to a DLP candidate from western NY, last month.

Problems in the WH? Bob Bauer, Esq. is leaving ... to work on the relection campaign? I guess you need a lot of people to spend what $1 B on the campaign. All PP has to do is lay out his achievements, for the country, for the time in office. PP will be back in Chicago with his Nobel Peace Prize, as chief community organizer in the late winter of 2012- 2013. The Don and Sarah will be running the country, from a pizza palor in downtown DC, and renting out the WH for revenue generation.

Watching the CTPR House members march into the WH to meet PP yesterday was a joke. Like the shepard calling his flock. Just what was accomplished. PP stares glassy eyed and don't give a hang about what 200 people have to say. Just before leaving, PP tells the 200 that the Grinning Idiot is working across the street at the Blair House for years, with his plan with a by-partison representatives, well almost, to come up with the same thing. So g home, come back August 2, which is the alledged drop dead date! Hey, the nations debt is over $2.3 T already and we are still in business? We don't have to worry about debt and deficits Gentle Ben and the Jockey have things in hand. That's what I am afraid off. Hail Mary...
