I had my days mixed up, sorry about that. Looks like the oil spill will fade into the past, with Tony H being sent to Russia with love. I wonder if Peter Pan will take any credit for the spill, I can not see him pass it up, but what did he do?

Only 457,000 people filed for the first time for unemployment last week. YTD average is something like 462,000/mo. Still the WH says they are in the up cycle of recovery, but the money folks think differently.

Charley Rangle charged with only 13 violations of House Rules so says a bipartison committee. Pelosi will want to drain the swamp as quickly as possible. Rangel will resign soon, but he will not stand trial of the violations as stated.

100days to Nov 2

Well, the federal government has the immigration ball back in their court. Whats next...maintain the status quo? I don't think so, but Judge Bolton, a Clinton appointee, struct down the meat of the Arizona pending law. To appeal to the 9th Circuit Court, the most liberal court in the Nation in San Fran., would be a waste of time. I don't see anything happening, by either the WH or congress. The next move will be 100 days from now, on Nov 2, when the majority of the people, in all the states, who want Existing Federal Immigration Laws enforced, cast their vote.

John Kerry dodges $500,000 Mass. tax by purchasing his New Zealand built yacht ($7 M) in RI. Plus dodges an annual excise tax of $70,000/year to his native state. What a jerk.

The WH has a racial issue on their hands which they created, by not listen to the whole speech of Ms. Sherod. After three calls from the WH, she had to pull over on the highway and turn in her resignation, that's a first. Peter Pan can report this as an unprecedented event at the next State of the Union meeting in 01/2011 after the dem/progressives lose the House and the Senate. Poor old Secty. Vilsack of USDA fell on the sword for the WH.
Gosh, golly the Ex-Govenor of Illinois is not going to testify after all, the defense rests. The State don't have any hard facts, this dude could walk out of the courthouse free or with an ankle braclet, afterall this is Chicago. Rumors have it Rod may become the new WH Pess Secretary, replacing Bobby Gibbs, who can take his singing back to Australia. That last sentence is my off the wall prediction.

B/P may have other problems from the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. Seems as though they have been involved in the premature release of the Libyian terriorist from Scotland recently; for oil drilling rights off shore in Libya. I am thinking about filing a claim against B/P for clean up of an oil smear on my garage floor, thought to be from B/P off shore Gulf oil wells.
Will be interesting to hear Blagojevich testify in Chicagoland today. The bleeping machines will be off! Since, when the ex-gov speaks, only a few words sparced between bleeps are heard. You can't make any intelligence out of his statements. You still can't understand his speak, but one doesn't have to listen to the annoying bleeps. Wait 'till Sitting Bull testify later this month. The Grinning Idiot has financial problems. Its blamed on sloppy bookkeeping and accepting excessive contributions during the 2008 presidential campaign. Peter Pan plugged the damn hole today, well that's an exaggeration of facts, but the WH violates this premise with impunity. For example: the WH says the stimulus packages has saved or created 3 M jobs. Reality says 2.5 M jobs were lost since the stimulus packages were initated, and forget the jobs saved, since its impossible to quantify. This week over 400,000 new unemployment applicants filed for the first time; sure sounds like recovery is just around the corner. Some $20 M of stimulus money was expended on signs advertizing 'this work was being done because of the stimulus money' (yep, your tax dollars are being spent wisely.')
Oh my god, the New Banking Reform Bill was passed and sets a the new standard for volumne 2,350 pages at the same time. This should screw thing up royally and speed up economic recovery, like a lead weight. By the way I don't believe Freddie Mack or Fanney Mae, the root cause of the past finanical meltdown are included. When is election day?

You can tell Peter Pan is pro-business when he issued another 60 day moratorium on any new oil exploration after lossing in the courts 0 - 2. Think about it, the B/P incident is bad, but to shut down all new discovery based on one accident means thousands of oil related folks are going to to be out of work indefinately because what cause the failure is not going to be know in the next 60 days.

There should be term limits for the camel herder setat 18 months, this guy is nuts. This clown's law suit against the State of Arizona will go all the way to the US Supreme Court, and the US government will loose.

The first lady issued a statement to the affect 'come vacation in the Gulf everything is just fine'. Oil from the B/P incident has reached every Gulf State and has infiltrated Lake Pontchartrain. Oh my, the WH calander have them vacating in Maine. Do you think they may be fleeling... for Canada. Peter Pan polls, except for the Afghan War, and he doesn't have any control over this issue... are all in the tank where they should be. This guy is an empty tin cup.

Feds filed suit, ?NASA

Im glad the Camel Herder filed suit against AZ over their pending law in regard to rain in illegal immigrants. Brings back memories of the old TV show "Sock it to me". The WH is going to get their ass kicked on this one. Most all states will follow suit.

I screwed up on the day count on the B/P gusher time line, had inflated the day count along the way... a senior moment, I suppose.

While PP cracks joke in Wisconsin, about Johnny B's "nuclear bomb to kill and ant" analogy, when refering to the stuck finianical bill in congress, the nation gets further mired in debt and deficits with no plan or a hint of how we are going to remedy the problem. By the way Freddie Mac and Fanny Mae are not part of the financial reform as I understand it, and they were the snowballs that cause the financial avalance and the "Great Recession".

The new weekly unemployment filings for last week was 472,000 and only 19,000 new job were created, not certain in public or private sector? Since PP has been in office ( 18 months) the weekly average is 463,222. Further evidence the simulus money ain't a workin'. The dem/progressives point to the fact it was 700,000 or so when they took office, so there, you can we are coming out of the "Bush" years' of financial mis- management? HUH! Its a bad sign for the WH et.al., when the liberal media is starting to report real woes with the US economy.

Testa Motors IPO early this week appears to have got of the block well, but who is going to buy the car, who is going to service/ and provide the logistics nationwide to support a total new car. Probably will be absorbed into WH Moters, down the road.
