Yes'm yesterday was a hot one!

-I am going to simplify a few things for the sake of explaination. Be weary of any lawyer. Especially one who sports a half smile, all the time.  pp thinks the Supreme Court's Chief Justice (CJ) was smiling at him for  pay back when  the CJ screw up on pp's accession to the throne on 01.20.2009.  Or was CJ similing because he beat Las Vagas's odds makers, as he twisted the mandate underpinning for the Law from a unconstitutional catch and penalize of offenders, to a new tax scheme for all, that only comes true in fairytales. Maybe CJ was similing at the CTPR quarters for added more fuel for the campaign.  Maybe he is similing at "The Gov" to see if he takes the bait (new tax) hook line and sinker and looses focus on the real issue...it's the economy stupid.  The Gov must maneauver this mine field very carefully. 
-The losers, in the near term, following civil court contempt of congress charge against CH, are the Brian Terry's Family,  trying to find closure and justice for their son's death, now 18 months ago, by the alleged results of  Ops Fast and Furious (cover up).   History was made yesterday in the finding the first cabinet member in contempt of congress. And yes,  MM  he just happens to be black. It's not the color it's the deed that got both CH  and pp  in this mess.  Years will pass, but in the end the similing CJ, will have the last word and the Terry family and a nation can find peace.
-Oh ...just one more thing,  MM, the Black Caucus and a few white disciples walked out on the contempt voting proceedings from the cool House chambers and to the promise land...Hell.  Yep, the whole gang (~110) left the building and proceded down the blistering summer hot capital steps, hanging on to each other, wondering for the tree line over yonder, in protest.  Even the CJ would be justified in smiling, at this  force march,  in route step, of a bunch of old congressional members on the public's doll for decades.
- Congressional term limits must be established , after a major overhaul of tort reform.

Heavy fog rolls into the USA.

-I was wrong.  So the Supremes by 5 to 4 vote decided O"HealthCare Law to be constitutionial  especially the individual mandate.    However,  the majority ruled, the Law is but another imposed  tax.  This is  just what the economic needs,  with the biggest tax increase in history.  Markets are tanking, unemployment number are up again, GDP spiriling downhill, EU impact not totally felt at this writing.
- Can't wait 'till Nov. 6, 2012.   We gotta get pp and his ilk out of office. Then repeal O'HealthCare Law.  Under new management,  a new phased in a HealthCare Law to be proposed/passed/implemented..
-The implementation/inforcement of that O'HealthCare Law as it stands, should be interesting!  The responsibility  is up to the individual states, with no economic help nor penality assessed from the Feds.  Most of the states are or will be soon filing for bankruptcy, the Law only makes the hole deeper.  In California alone  the State is 16B in debt,  in fact 19 city governments are ready to follow Stockton, CA lead,  to file for bankruptcy.

Big week in store!

-By mid-week, we should know how the Supremes ruled in regard to the mandate article in the O'HealthCare Law.  As I said week's ago, the vote will be 6 to 3 to declare the mandate to be unconstitutional.  The balance of the Law will stand, but there are other court challenges pending and without that mandate it will collapse due to the fact  the Law does not have financial legs.  I'll punch your TS card, Mr President.  Sir, you should of looked at the total economy when you waltzed into the WH on 01.20.09, rather than on your private  hidden agenda...O'HealthCare no matter what stands in the way like. Reality.
-pp found himself between a hard spot and a rock over the Ops Fast and Furious last week.  Rather than have the CH fall on the sword .  What does pp do?  He invokes Executive Privilege.  Does this mean pp has fingerprints on Ops Fast and Furious.  You bet ya!  Oh, one more thing...criminal charges pending,  A US Border Guard was killed with weapons from Ops Fast and Furious, someone or more people must be held accountable and pay the price.  Maybe they can share a cell with Coach Sandusky.
-The pp WH leaks like a sieve, no matter the subject matter.  Sure many say, previous WHs leaked .  It's the leaks that sink ships, the code of conduct pervailed then no now.  However, with the current WH amateur hour occupants either don't understand to keeping their mouth shut on national security matters or don't give a shit, they just want to portray the president as a John Wayne character , they need votes no matter the price. Here is something you can  bank on ...yes a special prosecutor will be appointed to investigate.  Jail the lot, at Club Gitmo.

-After these many months of withholding critical information on Ops Fast and Furious from the Congressional Investigation, CH crawles to WH pleading with pp to issue an Executive Privilege Order to cover his ass from a Contempt of Congress citation.   Our great CEO,  pp  issues an Excutive Privilege Order.  The question now becomes who and how many asses are being covered. by the EPO?.   Eventually this whole investigation will lead to a criminal investigation for a US Border Patrolman Brian Terry was killed with a weapon from the Ops Fast and Furious.  Someone has to be held accountable and pay the price.

Dueling Speeches in OH

-Yesterday, pp was to give a major economic kick off speech in Cleveland, OH. It took almost a hour to render the following "Trust Me for Four More Years". The reason we are were we are today is all "W" fault. Earlier yesterday AM, the Gov gave an upbeat speech in Cincinnati, OH that charted pp handling of the office of the CEO of this nation and why he should be fired. -Looks like CH is about to cave, under fire from CTPR troops in US Senate Hearing on Ops Fast and Furious. -Dumb is what dumb does. CH under more fire for appointing two of his staff to investigate, and report back to him, on the major security leaks coming out of WH. Stalling is CH's forte. A special independent attorney will be appointed, but not until 11.05.12. -Looks like pp is by-passing Congress by issuing new rule on immigration as it applies to young, illegals coming accross our southern border. Clueless Snapping Turtle (CST)to detail later today. Purpose to garner a few more Hispanic votes already 90% guaranteed. No cost benefit analysis considered. -If you hadn't read or re-read again the book "Green Hell" by Steve Milloy(copyright 2009) please do so. Pass this info on to your friends and relatives. It describes and explains in detail exactly where the US is right now and how we can halt further progress. Hint: send pp backing back to South Chicago.

pp late for important press conf.

-pp waltzed into WH news briefing room one-half hour late. There was three parts to his briefing. Donning his professor's mantle, he makes two lengthy comments and answered three scripted questions. #1 A lecture to the 17 EU + 10 nations and those of related countries in Europe, on what they have to do with their economic problems. #2 What he could had done if it were not for the CTPR in House, and any bad stuff ebbing towards our shores from Europe, plus the slow down in Asia, perhaps the downward spiral of Disneyland attendance. "We created 42M new private sector jobs" for the nth time. We need more public sector jobs, since all the govenors and mayor downsized their armies (as to why was not stated) to help balance their "budgets", like you should of done for the past three years. Two of the three questions were from lady reporters (why the ladies are on pp side now, one never knows, until Nov 6, 2012 results. The two questions had to with details only to belabor what pp lectured about earlier on EU and GDP. No solutions were offered The third question was from a unknown guy reporter and it had to do with the many alledged security leaks from the WH, and were the leaks done for political purposes? As pp arrived for the news briefing, he waltzed around that subject matter, and then left, with all the King's men in a line like ducks to water. What security leaks? The briefing was a bummer! -Yes, I took time to watch this news briefing. I did it for you guys who have to work. -Boy, the Brits know how to throw a party...4 days long and only set back the budget strapped British economy $2 B. Now this number will be less, after one nets out the revenue generated. I bet pp took note of this extravagant affair for inclusion in a second... but I am sorry pp you will not have a second term. -The Brits are approaching another "Dover", a financial cliff with the upcoming Summer Games. Remember, pp made a separate trip to Europe to win the 2016 Summer Games for Chicago, only to be slighted. It may turn out to be one of pp most signifant economic cost avoidance achievements in his tendure , but I guess we will never know. Watch what happens in London.

-Gov. Scott Walker R-WI stood his ground and won the recall vote. By the way he is the first governor in 3 to be successful, in US history. This is just the beginning of a string of votes that will find Gov. Romney in the WH and the US House more red, and the US Senate slightly red come Jan 20, 2013. -The WH screwed up badly, pp didn't once visit Wisconsin. He did send a tweet to the Milwaukee mayor to the words like "your on your own, baby". pp used his dog's name "Bo" for sign off on the tweet. Really, look it up. pp can see a loser, when he sees one. Rumer has it that's why the WH is covering all the mirrors and an EO went to SS to remove all mirrors from hotels and functions where pp stays/visits on campaign trail. I see one...you can run but you can not hid, dude! -Dr Krauthammer FNN, suggests the Zipper to be a double agent. The Zipper spoke well of Governor Romney fore and aft, a LDP party TV meeting where "he" had to say something good of pp. Is further proof needed? -Gov. Brown D-CA, watched his buck a pack cigarettes tax go down in defeat, He is only $16B in the red today. He has a whole bunch of tax initiatives on docket for Nov. elections, but he should know Californian's like only state sponsored handouts? Gov B. is proceeding with a high speed rail link from somewhere near the California desert to Las Vegas, for fear if he doesn't move quickly he will lose the federal money. What federal money? Mr. Governor the US bank is broke.

Tomorrow is theDday

-Yes Sir, its a big day tomorrow in WI, where there is a vote to recall Gov. Scott Walker R-WI. If he wins, which he will, it will be the first shot across the bow of the SS pp steaming to the SE Asia war theater. Huh!!! is there a war I am not aware of? I think it's just a show of strength since the Austrialian PM don't want US troop ~3,500 marines on her Island Nation. Reality check ...it's a continent nation. -The next volley will be the Supreme Court ruling that the O'HealthCare Law is unconstitutional. -Getting back to Wisconsin, I don't think the LDP leadership now think they can beat Walker, but they had to show strengh to their supportors i.e. union teachers, and other public union workers, police, fire fighters etc groups. The LDP poured in millions of union dollars, their money early on, but through it all Walker's track record is outstanding. The debt and deficits are in check, no one was laid off. Public union workers don't have to pay dues. Umployment is up. Wisconsin is in the bag for Gov. R. -New jobs added in May but 69,000. Unemployment ticked up 0.1% back to 8.2%. Total unemployed, underemployed or those who just dropped out of work force is something south of 14.8%. Unemployment has been >8.0% now 40 straight months. Earl's boy says there are 30 job bill passed by House sent to Dirty Harry where they sit. -There are person or persons in the WH who have leaked that the US and Israeli intelligents have attached Iran's nuclear plant(s) computer systems thus causing delay in Iranians obtaining a nuclear bomb. This is treason. Punishment: death by stealt drones in the east lawn of the WH. -Meanwhile pp pisses off the whole Polish nation. pp misread the teleprompter or someone bugged the teleprompter, anyway pp cited the Polish Prison Camps during WWII, rather Nazi Prison Camps in Poland
