Like to see the Nielson Ratings on this one. 3-The RNC now down to 13 Little Indians. 4-The Giants-Carolina game ended in a classic way. 5-Carolina now 14-0, a giant in their own right. 6-The Bengals rolled over the 49ers in pay-back for stealing the only two Super Bowl appearances for the tiger stripes. You see, it's a generational thing. 7-A potential future UN Secretary-General, declared today that ISIS>ISIL>IS is not a sustainable entity or country in the long term. Sidebar: despite what IS...IS? Islamic State? 8-It's political crap! That's what Apple's Cook is saying. It's the lawmakers, I suppose this includes the WH, et.al. want to take 40% of his oversea profits of $74 B in taxes. That amounts to $29.6 B. 9-I suggest Cook take his complaint to the next couple DNC's "Debates". 10-" Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year".

Caesars* Leaving!!!

1-No it's not pp abdicating his office, before his sentence is spent. He remains dangling and twisting in the wind, until high noon 01.20.2017, as a lame duck. 2-Besides he hasn't place a crown on his head declaring himself a "Caesar" yet. However tens of thousands stand in line to extrude his unearned trophy, the Nobel Peace Prize around his neck. 3-Better yet, in Yr. 2015, a horse beat him out as becoming the first America's Pharaoh. 4-The Abbott and Costello Act continues between the POTUSA and the SOD over setting priorities continues. The former likes to tackle abstract issues, like unproven man-made global climate change, while the latter focusing on the reality of the global spread of Radical Islamic Terrorism, most recent attack in San Bernardino, USA. 5-The POTUSA focus is on gun control/regulations, rather than on the victims and prevention 6-The SOD appears to be a neo-conservative. Define: A liberal who has been mugged by reality. 7-The POTUSA bro "Sitting Bull" is in big trouble in Chicago over a white policeman killing a black teenager. Maybe if the cop used only one bullet, and not the entire clip of 16, it may had past over. But... this happen < election day 2014. "Sitting Bull" in big trouble... white on black killing and cover up. 8-Chicago has the most strict gun/regs. in the nation, but still leads the black on black killings in the nation year after year...white on black is a big deal. 9-By the way, Caesars* Entertainment leaving Ohio. Apparently the profits about 3 year operation, not to budget. I think its called "saturation point" too many locations and the same number of people who gamble, plus less disposable income to gamble. 10-Be interesting who takes over Ohio's three Caesar gambling locations. 11-Be more interesting to watch state/local politicians comes to grips with possible "gold mine" shortfalls.

Reality has a tendency, along with truth, to marched in and stole a Legacy Item. 6-The CA incident was not just a TKO, rather a KO on the chin of the guy living at 1600 Penny Avenue, DC.

1- Coming home from Paris with and 0 for 2 record, pp got shut out on his Global Change Mandate, plus any support for his" lead from behind" war against ISIS. 2- Then come another Radical Islamic Terrorist attack, this time on home turf, in a heavy regulated gun control of State of California, killing 14 and injuring 21 ,of which two or three are in critical conditions. 3-pp's first words are... we need more gun control laws. 4-PM got sucked into the WH statement...now also calling for more legislation for gun control.She is being set up to represent pp's third term, but she is not going to be elected. 4-Every US city has a core area, that is ripe for radical Islamic terrorist cells. Periodic uprising will certainly occur, if #44 continues no to define these cells, as "Radical Islamic Terrorist". 5-And provide our home court authorities with all the latest military equipment and weapons and a link to our intelligent agencies. 6-California's police, FBI, other federal/local agencies response to the Riverside Slaughter, must be replicated throughout the 50 state, if we are to win this states-side war by 2030. 7 While pp says he is not authoring additional troops to ISIS war in Syria-Iraq, the SOD is sending at least 200 more non-combat advisers and guidance troops to provide additional coordination resource for pp's " mystical 65 country team." It's just cover for US mission creep.

The white cop who killed his black victim unloaded a full 16 clip on his victim, may also created an EPA hazard zone.(Lead contamination). 7-Oh my! Lets see the killing happened prior to "Sitting Bull's" re-election campaign. Cover up, for sure! Since Chicago leads the league in black on black killings, by guns, this would of tainted the Mayor's record.

By the way there are ~ 2,000 Syrians refugees already in the US? 2-This whole mass migrations of refugees didn't have to happen, if pp's "now you see it, now you don't" red line across Syria didn't vanish, > the 2012 POTUSA election. A yellow strip was added to pp's back. 3-Assad was to have abdicated, freeing Syrians from scores of decades of dictator-ship of the Assad family. 4-Instead a procrastining pp allowed Syria to turn into a three headed war. Results from RNC''s 4 th Debate

1-Younger candidates to the RNC line up did well last night: Rubio, Florina top drawer. Cruz still on top of his game, and this time Paul score a couple TKO's, but he is still an isolationist, can't change his stripes. Carson didn't hurt himself, but he needs to light a fire in the gut and soon. Bush fight is over, should head for the showers. Trump screwed up badly by saying China being part of the TPP trade deal. Trump also was booed on one occasion by the attendees. 2-Don't understand what happened to Kasick, he pulled a FUBAR? Booed in another case. However his fight is not over. Stop and compare his resume to the other top tier candidates and yes, drag up the JV team too for judgement and he stands tall like... John Wayne. Apparently proven experience is trumped by talking heads with fast rebuttals. 3-Finished reading Bill O'Reilly latest book "Killing Reagan" while waiting my Jeep's 100,000 mile check up. 4-Nothing new in book I was not aware that jumped out even to George Will's position of one internal report on the inner workings of WH during Reagan last year. The report reinforce stories, including Nancy was a "witch" when it came to critiquing staff and their assignments. She prepared Reagan's daily schedule, thus controlling who/ who did not visited the Oval Office and when. Verbal fights were common And if she did"t like someone, she recommend who the POTUSA should fire.

"Who am I?" I'm Sam VonSchmamm Yosemite... that's who I am!" 5-Let's see last Tuesday election took the knees out of PM's bud the Va. Governor McAuliffe LDP-VA. Maybe the NRA had something to affect this two year lame duck legacy. 6-pp is so desperate for legacy items, he is back to closing Gitmo again. Wants to move the remaining 100 or so terrorist to a jail in your neighborhood. 1-Quite pleased with the election returns nationwide, from Tuesday past. 2-The 4th CTPR (aka R) presidentional debate coming up for next Tuesday night from Milwaukee. 3-The moderators consists of a first class team of business professionals from FBN. 3-The R varsity team have been thinned out to 8 candidates, for two hours session. 4-The JV team or warm up debate team will consist of only three, I think, or on a parity with the whole LDP team total. 5-The ACA Law has taken additional hits. By 01.20.2017 only the foundation piers will be left, i.e. the US needs an affordable health care program, that is not based on a socialist examples of failure. 6-For some reason the Brits and Canadians are pulling their air forces from the Syrian-Iraqi three headed war. What's happening to pp's coalition forces? 7-Waiting with bated breath, to see Putin's reaction when the report is released on what,who took down the Russian passenger plane in the Sinai Desert of Egypt. 8-Brit's PM maybe had a heads up ( terrorist chatter) and that is why their fighter jets are heading home. ISIS>ISIL>IS is the cause... $10.00 to a donut! 9-If that be true, Putin will not sit around like pp to negotiate. He will kick ass. 10-There will be more Russian jets and troops on the ground in Syrian and Iraq,in the matter of days, foreshadow pp's 50 troop surge, with out boots. 1-Earl's Boy (CR-OH) resigned as Speaker of the House, but may stick around until current congress expires 01.2017. Maybe not??? 2-Rep. Paul Ryan (CTPR-WI) took over as the 62nd. Speaker, after #61 cleaned out the stables of a barn...of old business. 3-Permits Speaker Ryan to be freed of any monkeys on his back from the get-go. 4-Speaking of a monkey on his back, is Earl's boy biggest grip that impacted his effectiveness as Speaker. Dealing with the resident at 1600 Pennsy Ave. and his reneging on a major financial hand shake agreement. Agreed one day and shook hands,then totally disregarded the gentleman hand's shake and asked for more taxes the next day. 5-But what did Earl's boy expect from a former street/community organizer. 6-The following formula should be tried by Speaker Ryan: CTPR / TP = CR. Cut the damn divisions within the party. If not that will allow MP to waltz into the POTUSA office, with moon faced smile and cackling like a hen sitting on her eggs. It will be 4 more years of the past ~ 8 years, the nation can't undergo riding in the gutter till 2020, The ideal time is now!!! 7-Meanwhile a former Speaker #59 Hastert (R-IL) could be heading to the jailhouse. 8-It's not unusual for ... ex-politicans from IL. to spend time in the slammer, but not the R types. Hastert deserves jail time than is anticipated for what he did years ago.

Presidentional Debates

1-Seems to me, I didn't miss much by not watching the two tier GOP debates last night. I didn't watch the World Series. KC won, bet Mets,lead 2-0, more to NY for game three. The wife got me to watch a movie instead, and a DVR American Picker re-run. 2-From reports I read this AM, the CNBC moderators, apparently just graduated from the JV team, and this is the best they got? 3-The format drifted from what was suppose to the debate theme...the economy from the get-go and CNBC didn't or couldn't get it back on track until the checkered flag appeared on time. US Senator Cruz had a "Patrick Henry moment", so I understand. 3-Somehow the GOP has to the thin the ranks, 14 candidates in two tiers of 4 and 10 each is a bit unwieldy at this point in time. Drop the second tier of 4 since they hadn't moved in polls and probably will not. The primary season is but ~ 3.5 months away. 4-The top tier 10 candidates, should probably remain since there is no clear cut winner take all yet. Someone from the back of the pack could could break loose in the primaries and cross the finish line before the GOP convention. 5-It's prossible, but not likely, the GOP candidate will not be determined until after an old fashion convention fight. 6-Reports from the WH/DOD, pp is rethinking the Iraq-Syrian wars, and reconsidering putting US boots on the ground and adding more close air support. Believe me this is strictly a smoke screen, nothing will happen until > 20 Jan. 2017. 7-Mr.POTUSA just shut up and hunker down in the WH for next 14 months. History is passing you by, your legacy is eroding, your legend is not...you suck! 8-Jimmy Cater has this big,old smile on his face, and waving a couple Confederate flags, that is until the WH flag police arrive.

Mea Culpa for Deeds spent Before, During and After a War.

1-Seems to me many, including Tony Blair of England, are jumping upon the bandwagon of repents. 2-Amazing as it may appear to 21 Century folks, you can't re-write history, never could. Although many have tried in vein even with 20/20 hindsight, still what happened... happened forever. 3-Some think, if Iraq were not invaded in 2003, after all no WMD were found, we would not have this monster know as ISIS>ISIL>IS today(IS). We know damn sure now, Iraq does not have WMD, nor did we ever find their air force??? 4-For crying out loud, IS... is nothing but a bunch of thugs ~35,000 strong, left over Sadamn troops, and a collection of unemployed world losers, being supplied by god only knows. 5-Put the 4th ID and support combat troops with a bunch of AF A-!0's for close air support and the conflict would be over long before election day 2016. The LDP's don't want that to happen "no US boots on the ground" per pp. That's a f------, lie. 6-Retrogress for a minute, before the invasion of Iraq the plan was to squeeze Sadamn quickly between US Armies/others from the South and the US 4th ID and support combat troops from the North through Turkey. Time line...we will never know, can't predict what don't happen either, but it would of been quick < 6 months. 7-SOS Powell struck a deal with the Turks, for US to mass in the eastern Med and enter Iraq thru Turkey. Remember Turkey is a NATO nation. 8- Ok, SOS Powell advises WH to get SOD Rumsfelt to move mox schnell with the 4th ID/support, which he did. Now for Turkey's sucker punch. Turkey closes it gates, leaving SOS Powell high and dry. Boils down to Turkey ain't gonna left no Muslim troops to cross their land to attack another Muslim nation, no matter the $ 18 B, in bribe moneys. That was never said, but that is my assessment. 9-Hence the the US force take a right hand turn in Eastern Med, and spend weeks going to Kuwait staging area via the Red Sea, around Saudia Arabia, via Arabian Sea, and up the Persian Gulf. 10-A suprise attack on Iraq, it was not. Shock and all it was. 11-Meanwhile Sadamn had time to more any WMD from Iraq to Syria, then onto Libya along with his air force planes, while US sailed 1,000s of miles to arrive at the Kuwait City pinch point .

1- The ex-SOS (MP) had to had approved and dispatched her dear, dear friend Chris Stephens, as first US Ambassador to Libya following the collapse of of Libyan government. MP bid the Ambassador off with a smiley face and hen's cackle. But left no t/p # or e-mail address where she could be reached at say 3:00 AM...her famed saying. 2-Not sure how the other three Americans were assigned, but the four were dispatched to a land were NO conquering army reigned. 3-Literally a free killing field. Where people lived for generations under threat of fighting and dying. 4-Remember this was the first new age war, "lead from behind---no boots on the ground war BS", dictated by a JV team directly from the WH. 5-It was a suicide mission, when the Ambassador left the Ambassador's residence in Tripoli and ventured to a undermanned Consulate/ CIA Annex in Benghazi. Request for military support went unanswered on hundreds of times up until the Consulate/CIA annex was sacked and the Ambassador and three other Americans were dead. 6-Stephens mission in Benghazi, still remains a mystery, but $10.00 to a donut, it was to collect tons of scattered collections Libyan weapons from Libyan rebels and al-Queda, and somehow ship these arms to the Syrian rebels in a civil war with Syria's Assad. 7-This is what conquering armies do, Mt President. Darn it, you gotta have boots on the ground, not much support from 30,000 ft. 8-The ex-SOS bogus claim she lost more sleep than the Committee as whole who are investing the deaths of four Americans. Shows just how phony she really is. Did a tear appear or was it just sweat from the grilling? 8-Interesting discovering... MP didn't talk to, or communicate in any form with her dear, dear friend Chris after the send off. More with a LDP Clinton employee, who has been exiled from a pp's WH.? Plus he had no experience on middle-east politics, but PM don't either. (see what the Arab Spring has accomplished). 9-You wonder what does MP gain or claim at the end of time? So far she really achieved little good, that are truly her assets. 10-POM is one,she will never achieve, but on the other hand she may contract dementia. 11-The first American combat death in Iraq just happened, that's since pp declared the Iraq war over 12.31.2011. 12-The LDP presidentional bench shrunk. Three grandpa dropped out, leaving two grandpas and a ma. Don't be suprised if GI doesn't get called to duty.

1-It wasn't much of a debate last night, but who can give more free stuff away of which the is little cash in the Treasury. 2-Someone put a price tag on just Bernie Sander'give away package, to buying votes at $18 T,/ 10 years with revenue of only $7 the same period. 3-That makes socialist sense. Really! 4-I like my idea to eliminate all grandmas and grandpas from running for public office. The LDP would not able be to field a bench of players. 5-Why Lincoln Chaffee, Jim West and the ex-governor of Virginia showed up; goes back to old Chinese folk lore, always have an uneven number in any setting.

Tonight, Tonight

l- It will be as much fun watching the LDP debate tonight, as having a double herina surgery. 2- MP, ex US NY Senator, ex-SOS. A VT US Senator who is a socialist. Ex Maryland Governor.EX US Senator from Virgina. And an empty chair just in case GI shows up. That should go over as we;; as Clint Eastwood,s empty chair discussion with pp at the RNC convention in 2012...

Tar and Feathers

1-During the colonial days of this country, when someone did something contrary to concenscus, they were tarred and feathered and paraded around the village green until the community organizers thought enough was enough and let them loose to pluck their feathers and peal off the layers of tar. For the record, the word tar makes one's mind to think what was used on roadway to seal joints and on roofs of buildings to water seal. The boiling mass of black smelly goo, to which feathers were sort of sprinkled. For the record, it was unlikely that kind of tar at 600 deg F was used. The temperature alone would do the poor fellow or gal in the moment it was applied. More likely pine tree tar was used, at abound body temp provided a receptive surface for the feathers. The was the same "glue" used to water seal wooden hauls of sailing ships, even today 2-Where is this going??? 3-Oh yes, the 42 LDP US Senators who voice voted to support pp's Iranian Nuclear Executive Order, come to mind. They have another chance to redeem themselves, when a secret vote is placed later this month. A veto proof vote must be upheld in the US Senate. 4-Stand by to light the really hot tar pitch pots, just in case. 5-God Bless!

Eliminate the Grandmas and Grandpas

1-CNN did a horrible job moderating the 2nd round of the RNC POTUSA debates. 2-The early shift debate, (the JV team) was done reasonably well, plus there was an audiences. The best candidate in round one was a SC US Senator. Did well enough to secured a SOS seat in the RNC cabinet. 2-One CNN moderator and a couple of other folks whose time to speak was < than any candidate, secured the best seats in the house. 3-The goal of the CNN moderator work well in the first shift debate to accomplished more debate between the candidates. More hard booze drinking said in jest by a early bird candidate, would of been welcomed by the audience, by the end of the second round. 4-The moderator's goal lost traction early on, in second shift debate. On several occasions everyone was speaking on stage, at the same time, except for the two CNN white folks in the front row seats. 5-The second shift had too many candidates, not just one (11) total. Maybe 8 would be better, not including the future SOS in art 2 above for next debate. 6-Thinking outside the box, what would happen if the grandma(s) and grandpa(s) were eliminated from the candidate agendas. 7-For the RNC maybe 3 would go back home, leaving 12. Getting to eight or less by next debate is doable. 8-For the DNC it clears the entire bench. MP, the VT socialist, and GI if he decides to run are all grandparents. 9-The DNC has no JV team, pp was, but his Hope and Change turned out in reverse. Whats left for pp, is receipt of an eviction letter to get the out of the peoples house. 10.How did the candidates and crew's bladders hold it for all those hours. OK! There were commercial brakes at the quarter hour. never-the less the squad were required to stand wrapped in a business suit with one candidate in high heels, for four hours or so. 11-The stage were the action occurred, was built on a crib pile high enough, one could see into the windows of former AF 1. What that also accomplished it put the candidates nearer the ceiling were the California sun baked the roof plus the added TV lighting had taxed the building HVAC system. Looked like some were raising a white flag of surrender, just sweating water bullets.

US Nightmare

1-Some would think I was referring to what the majority of Americans believe. The WH end around US Congress, directly to UN (Useless Nonsense)on the Iranian Nuclear deal is a US Nightmare. 2-Quite the contrary, I am speaking of a haunted shell of a real steamboat that is towed into the Port of Cincinnati every year at this time for static tours of avessel called "US Nightmare". 3-"-Octoberfest Zinzinnati" starts at 5:00 PM this coming Friday through 10:00 PM Sunday. Close to 500,000 people will attend. Largest such a gathering out side of Munich itself. Prost It!!! 4-Circling back on another US Nightmare, for the next POTUSA ...the Iranian Nuclear deal 5-Our fourth POTUSA once said..."Conscience is the most sacred of all property". 6-Discounting the 44th POTUSA conscience, but his narcissism self, focus on the ~ 42 LDP US Senators who gave a voice vote of yea, but still stand a roll call vote to change their mine and think of the US of A beyond 01.20.2017. 7-Never in US history has a POTUSA on an executive order (no treaty) by passed the US Congress and went directly to the UN for world vote of his, plus the hungry Europeans and add the SOS, bunch of words in their entirety, including the sidebar deals between the UN Nuclear watchdogs and Iran.

1-If pp were the POTUSA on 09.11.2001, he would of issued an executive order, to take down all American flags nation wide, and yes, embassies world wide and hoist up a white flag of surrender. But to whom? A non-nation band of thugs using a religion as a shield to drive the western world including Israel back to the dark ages if not from the face of the world. 2-The terrorist surge since pp declared the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria are over leaving for America leaving no SOFA troops created ISIS, ISIL, IS with the support of Iran, Russia, China, others, whom pp thinks are our friends. What a fool. 2-pp cares not what is best for America, rather in his mind, what gets his name into the history book. His slogan Hope and Change turned out to be Change the hell out of everything and Hope for the best works. Three strikes and your out, citizen from where-ever, certainly not the USA. 3-The US of A and the world as a whole are worse off as a result of #44 reign.

Just to complete a campaign promise. So his Legacy is weak, he was a lousy POTUSA. 9-"Only in America". That slogan will not stand, if the CTPR don't control the WH, Senate and House.

1-A lot of hoopla came out of the first "Debate", but little substance. 2-I sort of looked at it as a roll out of a new model cars year, kick the tires, check the engine, see how you fit you behind the wheel, etc. 3-The FNC's format was great, but unmanageable with so many candidates. 3-What impressed me most were the 24 M viewers that tune in. 4-Americans are totally feed up with current WH , and its butterfly approach to setting policy that provides the most favorable light on the residence's legacy. To hell with the rest of the 330 M folks. 5-America posted a sign: Wanted a person with credentials, experience with proven track record and acceptable of filling the office of CEO of the biggest institution in the world the US of A Government. No OJT will be offered, and you will not qualified for Nobel Peace Prize, until you are out of office. 6-Seventeen candidates applied, so that how we got started. 7-Brit's initial challenge of the candidates, with something like ... by show of hands of the candidates present ,who would would not bear allegiance to the winning candidate the primaries and is nominated as the person of choice at the convention for POTUSA? Trump raised his hands. The other 9 stood at attention. 8-Megan's blitzkrieg of Trump, on his position on women's right issues followed, that put Trump on defense. 9-Does this take the "War on Women" issue off the backs of the other CTPR candidates? Maybe. 10-But more importantly it neurtalizes Trump from jumping ranks for the LDP party or a positioning himself as a third party candidate. Trumps owns the "War on Women"issue and will follow him any-where in the political arenas... 11-Initially, Trump will get a bump in ratings, but will slowly fad and by the ninth and last debate he will be back in the private sector. 12-I going to stick to my imaginary friend, Forrest Gump's choices: Gov. John Kasick CTPR-OH for POTUSA, USSen. M. Rubio CTPR-FLfor VP. 13-The LDP are only scheduling six debates, starting in 10/15 ending 02-03/16. 13-Say the WH/EPA have a major environment water pollution problem heading for Lake Powell on the Colorada River. It's of the EPA making, originating 100's of miles up stream.

Afterthoughts!!!

1-You know what came out of last Thursday's night CTPR debate? Nothing, but hot air, a few tons of CO2 from private jets and the audiance/ cast/ and crew inside the arenda. Note! Correction: I misspoke on the mix of the Fox News team members. Martha is no guy, for sure. There were three guys and two gals over the two debates moderating the debates. 2-The behavior of the CTPR members was controlled like professionals, except with the one or two vents with a moderators, became a little testy. 3-When you distilled down all the words, the one word missing were the need for jobs, and the type of jobs needed. Yes, the WH earlier said ~ 250,000 new jobs were created in July, the BLS the day before ~ 100,000 new people filing for unemployment insurance in the past week. That's a net deficit. Compare checking against the total work force participation of only 62.4%, and has been stuck at that low rate for months. 4-Of the new jobs created, no spread sheet is available to segregate those jobs by: Manufacturing, Government, Health Care, Retail Sector and others. 5-However only one, Manufacturing, creates what is value added to the product from the supplier of parts and material to the factory's front door, through the factory to the customer's hands. Follow up monthly services on new cars is beginning to fad. The other sectors in the business scheme of thing, do not contribute to growth of the economy. 6-Of the 17 CTPR candidates, (14) of the lot are 100% politicans, (1) is a retired surgeon, only (2) are 100% business background. 7-I maybe wrong, but only (2) CTPR candidates don't have an ax to grind, to commence the to the American Renaissance.

All 17 candidates stood tall and the Fox News Team of four guys and a gal, set a standard for the other drive-by media to meet, but impossible to surpass. 3-According to news services 24,000,000, people, living in America, were viewers last evening. That speaks volumes. There are millions of America citizens...the silent majority are feed up to the gills with what has happened in the last decade to America's values, disregard of the US Constitution, The Bill of Rights, and yes a complete disregard to the men and women of the US Military and the list goes on. 4-Let the American Renaisance begin!!!

1-By the 6 PM evening news , the first wave of the CTPR Debates will be a wrap in Cleveland OH. The first wave of the CTPR debating team equals one more than the entire LDP's gang of 6. Bolting from the party and running as a third party candidate would cause hell for the CTPR. And he is a big enough jerk to do it. 4-Rumors are circulating, the Zipper was in contact, by phone a couple weeks past, with "Donald" about he "The Don", 'should become more involved in the RNC'. Strange suggestion or is it?. Trump followed his advice and currently #1. 5-One though holds true, the Zip is thinking 1992 and 1996. When he became a two time winner of the POTUSA with less than majority vote, thanks to Third candidate, the sawed off Texan, Ross Perro. Trump could do the same thing. America would slpit in the seams, with four more yeas of nothing. A revolution is not out of the question. 6-Today with the possibility of MP being in ligation at the time, think the Zipper, would fold his cards and go into hiding where MP can't find him. Maybe he wouldn't have to go into hiding, for MP would have her ACA locked up long term in jail. 7-You know what? In just two days

1- The afternoon shift, probably have 7 candidates, will come on at 5:00 PM and lasts ~ an hour. The second shift of 10 candidates shows up at 8 or 9 PM and goes ~ an hour. 2- As far as face time advantage, the first shift has an advantage with 8.57 minutes each. However, they need the extra time since they are the dregs from YTD nation wide poll rankings. 2-The big dogs, are at a disadvantage in that they are limited to only 6 minutes in front of the camera. 3-Really both time slots, will be < than noted face time, since FNC will have use up some time just in introductions and explaining how the debates will be run. 4-These debates set all time record with the number of candidates present...17. 5-Looks to me in the other camp, MP's coronation plans are on hold. She has so many holes in her parasol, it's unlikely she may not be able float all the way to the DNC Convention as the winner. 6-Gosh, GI is thinking to jump in, at least to answer his son's death bed wish. 7-Mr GI, it's your long LDP record of broken promises/deeds, not a shot of folksy warm and fussy, sometime goofy words, and then do just the opposite, as #44 did for his legacy.

SC shoots down EPA Mandate

1-Seldom coming out of DC surely not, in the last almost 7 years, for anyone or body thereof to suggest a cost-benefit analysis proceed any action plan. 2-Y'hear the other day, the SC slammed the EPA for attempting to shut down this country's energy generating capacity, which is coal based at >43+ % of total generating capacity. Option: just raise utility rates so high it drives our weak economy back into recession. 3-The EPA is a non-elected bunch of "Ultra-Greens" who are clueless of reality. They will do anything to please the POTUSA, to whom they report. 4-This is exactly what happen when in the 1990s EPA set such impossible standards on the US Chemical Industry that it drove most of that Industry out of business or that current technology was moved overseas. 4-How? With emission limits that are BAT impossible. Where "Best Available Technology" doesn't exists. Or so costly or time consuming to R&D and build. Its more cost effective to buy than to make certain products in the third world. 5-The 2015 SC suggested the EPA take there new mandate on air/water pollution limits back to the drawing board and do a cost to benefit analysis before attempting to target specific industries, especially energy. 6-Until the EPA wraps are taken off nuclear energy, coal,oil and gas will be the base source of electrical energy in this country. Green energy generation can only play the role or into service to trim peek loads.

Ambiguity

Two favorite sons of two major swing states. 7-Fast forward to Nov 5, 2016 about 2:30 AM, the election returns are tallied, and the Ohio Governor becomes the 45th POTUSA, supported by a pro-active VP Rubio. 8-Who did the CTPR guys in line item # 7 beat? A former SOS... 9-I believe this event places Ohio in the #1 spot for most POTUSA produced surpassing VA.

I done think so. 2-This time, there is obsoletely no police misconduct, just a cop doing a traffic citation. 3-Two policemen were killed, one white male, the arresting officer, and his back up a black male officer. 4-The alleged killer of both policemen, was a black male, the driver of the car. With the "killer" in the car were two other black males and one black female. 5-I don't believe the MSNBC/ WH race relations "officer" will visit this site. Except maybe to claim the arresting officer did not leave sufficient safe zone, during the arrest, that the car could not of sped away.

Facts

There are courts to remedy these problems. 6-For a mayor, to stand down Baltimore's riot police, the moment school lets out on a Friday PM. Telling the Maryland Governor everything is A-OK, hold State police and the National Guard troop at bay is a fool or just plain stupid and shouldn't be mayor period. Look at the 5-year mayor's history. 7-With riot police on stand-down, the mayor created a vacuum, soon filled by a rioters, arsonist most of high-school age ready to follow mayor's order...to destroy after all it's only things. The mayor created high school kids into felons. That's good for the resume! 8-So yesterday America's new AG comes to Baltimore to meet with mayor, state attorney and the police departments including some of the citizens. 9-Soon after the AG leaves town, the mayor et. al. prep a letter to the AG's office in DC. The memo requesting US DOJ institute a special investigation to investigate alleged police misconduct. Really! The mayor should be careful what she asks for. There are video, audio records of her in the early hours of of riots/arson...where she said "gotta have a free zone for them to destroy". The state attorney must remove herself from any trial of the six police officers. Because her husband is on city council, and they are friends with Gray's attorney, who actually worked to get her elected as state attorney. 10-Remember the previous US AG went 0 for 4 with such investigations.

Baltimore's JV Legal Team!

1-Baltimore has a couple of rookies official's who have shot themselves in the foot. That's why there are JV teams, those not ready for prime time. 2-pp seems to be sitting this case out, after going 0 for 4: MA, FL, MO, Staten Island. 2-Court proceedings will not be in Baltimore proper, but somewhere else in the State of Maryland. 3-Both the Mayor and State Attorney( each county has a state attorney in Maryland, not answerable to the State AG) must recluse themselves. 4-It would not surprise, me once the dust settles, The State evidence is so weak, that the six police officers will walk. Maybe the driver could spend some time in jail, but unlikely. 5-The police officers did what police officers do, keep the peace, catch violators, take them to jail, use force if necessary, and do community service. 6-The racial mix of the six police officers: one black female, two black male and three white males. I believe the driver was a black male but not certain? 6-Unless one or more of the police officers flip(s) and turns state evidence, but even then would be all hearsay. 7-If the prisoner (s) in the paddy wagon, before or after the victim entered, were allowed testimony, it would not produce any eyewitness, only muffled audio, since there were solid panels in the paddy wagon to separate prisoners.

All Six Involved Cops Are Arrested.

1-They don't mess around in Baltimore so it seems, in the death of Freddy Gray. From murder #2, manslaughter, to being a white cop or a cop at all. 2-Strike that last part of previous sentence. I don't have a clue yet of the racial mix of the police involved. 3-We do know this: Freddy was DOA at the hospital, or died shortly after arriving at the hospital. 4-The indictments past down appears to be based on hearsay from the cops involved and the other(s) prisoner(s) in the paddy wagon. The later prisoner(s) could not see Freddy, only hear what was going on in the paddy wagon since a solid panel separated the prisoner(s). 5-I must say the State Attorney's conclusion sounded complete, but weeks in preparation. Strike that sentence from comma forward. But the police report was just received a day or so ago. Is there a mole in the police department, ME office? 6-I believe Freddy will be exhumed, before this case is concluded. Surprised he wasn't cremated? 7-pp has his race relation representative at the crime seen. MSNBC will have get a pinch hitter to fill in for months.

The Way it was!

A Mother Teresa moment. 2-While beneath the facia, investigators peel back the skin of the onion called Clinton, and it's rotten to the core. 3-LDP's manager has Socialist-Democrat Bernie Sanders I-VT warming up. 4-Meanwhile, in Baltimore the Mayor should review Toyna Graham's U-Tube video, on the handling of would-be looter, her 16 year old son. 5-Baltimore's mayor should be recalled and an interim mayor installed. A review of what she did or didn't do must be reviewed and a legal remedy must be made. 1)call for a safe zone for rioter-looters to destroy? 2) call for the police chief to stand down his troops to allow 1) to occur. 3) tell the Governor she has everything in control and he should place his activated 3,000 National Guard troops on indefinite parade rest. Insurrection comes to mind. 6-Tomorrow should be interesting in Baltimore. The police report on the death of Freddy Gray was to be made public. 7-The Police Chief to send their report directly to DA office. A payback maneuver against the Mayor. 8-Did you ever pull up Freddie Gray's police record? It's a mile long. He was in jail two times already this year. Two switchblade incidences were cited in several years.

"Need Safe Space to Destroy"

1-Not sure where the City of Baltimore got their mayor. Perhaps, it was the third runner-up prize in an all Black Miss Baltimore contest. 2-Whatever, she said she said as noted above, Nothing more and nothing less. Deflated

1-Evidence indicates the majority of footballs used in the Patriot Vs Colt game last Sunday, were under inflated by at least 2 psig. How could that be? Who checks the footballs for air pressure? The footballs are recycled after every play on the field. Not sure what the barometric pressure/ air temperature was at game time or the variance during the four hour show, but that could be a caused by mother nature and not the Patroits management. The kickers also pound the shit out of the balls on kick offs, field goals and extra points. 2-The tires on my Jeep, including the spare tire, are super senative to barometric and anbient air temps changes. I carry at battery operated air compressor in the trunk, to counter the idiot light flashing signal and a read out of tire pressure (except the spare tire which is almost impossible to reach, so the idiot light keeps blinking until the weather warms up or the vechicle is serviced.) 3-I suppose the ball boy could have an air compressor around his neck with a wagon toting behind holding a new tech energy maker...say a wind mill with safety cage or solar panels also protected to prevent injury to near-by football player, coaches and fans running out on the field. Those energy makers are also effected by mother nature. The wind has to be blowing and/or the sun has to be shinning for them to work. A lithium ion battery pack perhaps would facilitate the energy source? Lithium ion type battery would of choice against extreme low air ambient air temp in say Green Bay. Some of the girls kidnapped from a christian school last year, were used a sucide bombers. 3-As we slept last evening, the WH authorized the released of five more Yemeni radical Islamic terrors from Gitmo leaving 122. pp gives not a tinker's dam what the optics of this maneuver look like on world basis, it's a domestic campaign promise--a Legacy entry. 4-Four of the retainees are going to Oman, the other to Estonia. Bets are they will be back on battle field in < 1 year. 5-Cincinnati has it's first home grown ISIS, ISIL aka IS radical Islamic terrorist, His intent was to blow up the US Capital Building and kill as many of the occupants, as possible.
