Same thing happen as with "Cash for Clunkers". The government stops the give away and the people stop "buying". The "jockey" wants to let the Bush Tax Cuts run out 01.01.11. That will really help the the unemloyment rate hit the tipping point, notwithstanding the "Grinning Idiot" speeches on job "saved" and/or created by the free money giveaway.
