Remember he even called in from vacation, but there was no one home, all on vacation. Just what this small amount of money is going to do in a $ 14T economy will do is like throwing a stone into the ocean. An the bill is a bit foggy as how the moneys are to be expended. Some of the loan is going to small business as intended, but I understand there is some being diverted to states bleeding red. Beware small business owners, he who givith the loan probably will taketh away come 01.01.11, when the Bush tax cuts expire.
