Fill it up!
-The lack of any realistic energy program has the 99%'ers spending pp's much ballhooed 2% tax break (deferred SS payments)just in filling up the gas tank once a month. That ani't gonna fetch their vote come November time. Predictions that by summer $5 dollar gas will be the going price for regular. Whats next Mr President?
-Albert Pujols left the Cardinals for greener pastures in the American League. Now there is a new Cardinal, state side, that would like to explain to pp the US Constitution, particulary the Amendment that has to do with the existence of the freedom of worship and the separation of church and state. Maybe after pp has this "learning moment", pp may want to head for greener pastures in Chicago? I believe there is a challenge heading to the Supremes on this issue. Couple that with the toll charge that everyone must pay or be find and sent to jail or both for O'HealthCare is scheduled for 2 Q 12.
-Lets see the Afghans, the common folk, were once our our friends at one time and was fighting with the NATO alliance (~99% Americans) against the Taliban and et.al. in Afghanistan for >10 years now. Then the burning some "contaminated" Korans sets all Afghans to go crazy and they killed at least 4 American. What does our weak-kneed president do when first hearing of the inital two deaths, he sends an appology to the Afghan president, we will never burn any books in Afghanistan and we are going to cut and run sooner rather than later. Now, if I were a typical 99%er Afghan, and the might Black Man from the West told the world he don't like the fighting and wants to make peace maybe I just might change my attatude about where my alledgence might go after the Man leaves. -Ops!!! the German gov't to suspend the subsidy provided their fledging solar power industry because they are getting only a miniscule amount of electric produced. I think they call it ROI, like D of E, Cincinnati Park District and Duke found out found out. Any country above the 45 deg laditude doesn't have too much of desert sunlight, now does it? That's meant to be funny, but its true.
-Do you know the IRS estimates the tax gap: what the taxpayers should pay Vs what they pay is in the $450 B range. Improvement in the tax code that's simple and fair that all 100% of American pay into will help close the tax gap. Forget the 99% Vs 1%class warefare that pp is trying to promote.

3 Lift all residents in the 15 county/ townships, cities and towns out of provity. This is a tall order in Utopia, in just eight years. Its totally impossible even in an LDP world, when this group existed since bibllical times.

Stats from DC
-Unemployment filings only 348,000 last week, a min. of only 13M are still looking.
Thats horrible. Until housing industries stabilizes, maybe 7- 8 years from now will the economy return to <2006 levels. Sales of I-phone, etc small ticket items
ain't gonna do it.
-pp to get another mini victory: 1. extend payrole tax reduction to years end. Really it is nothing short of shooting oneself in the foot for short term benefit. John Kerry did that but he got a purple heart, three total. He is a rich jerk. The 2% cut in employee side of SS tax, only digs a deeper hole for the SS, Medicare amd Medicad.
2 reduces time for people on unemployment from 93 weeks to 73. Was to be cut to 63weeks. Folks thats 7.75 years to just 6 years. Who wants to work if you get free money, at taxpayer expense. Wins the black vote by 117%. Still counting dead ones in Chicago. Huh!!! 3. the only thing that needs to be approved is the doc fix.

Case I -The HSS Director Frau Fury, supporting pp remedy to avoid breaching the US Constitution: freedom of religion clause, is commanding the pharmacutical houses to supply free birth control drugs and appliances (abortion will come later,I suppose)to those organizations and institutions that do not support such mandates. Will not the question become "why them and not all (women) should get the same free stuff? Who is going to pay for this stuff in any cae...the taxpayer, if you agree or not.
Case II -Will the WH come up with a similar remedy when they hit the stonewall...you gotta get all the young folks onboard the O'HealthCare boat, otherwise the ship sinks into a blue hole. On a late Friday afternoon near election day pp will address the media with this remedy: For all you young folks out there who wants to sink my ship, I got a deal for you! Free O'HealthCare for all young folks who just can not afford to participate because of health, family, continuous schooling and other conditions, or are in rehab, O'HealthCare will be free until you can pay for the health service or 99 years therafter which ever comes first. The 1% taxpayers will pick up the tab.
Comment: The Extend Long Care portion of the O'HealthCare Law as passed, was later recinded by HSS because only sick people signed up. Who would of thought that?

It's the Constitution, Stupid!
-The WH, especially pp, apparantly pay little attention to matters that impact peoples' rights as spelled out in the US Constitution. This is indeed strange from a guy who aledgedly was a Constitition Professor, in a bastion of LDP institution... that being the U of Chicago. Oh! maybe he teaching Kenya's Constitution.
-Seems we have another Pinoccho in DC! This time in the WH...Chief of Staff Jack Lew who attempts to avoid questions and repeatably says the same false statement over and over again...it takes 60 votes in the Senate to pass a WH budget no matter how rediculus in value. Pending fiscal budget $4.1 T.
-While at same time the biggest thing on pp agenda is to extend and deferred Social Security by 2%. Digging a bigger hole for the next President.

Some passing thoughts
-Seems as thought a massive uproard and negative feedback has caused pp to back down on his birth control line included in the O'Affordable Health Care Law. How this law is re-written and payed for is currently questionable and should be challenged. The real grievance lies in the possiblity payment methodology is just another broach of our US First Admendment.
-The big financial accord ($25 B) reached yesterday between the WH agent and five of the largest Banking and Financial Institutions is a farce. The 99% OWS are not going to like this for it affect perhaps 1% of those homepowners underwater or about to sink. More bad news from the housing market coming.
-Former Sen.Santorum R PA, moved up to #2 position in the CTPR presidentional campaign ranking. We must wait at least, until Super Tuesday March 6,2012 to get a clear cut determination.

One more for today.
-The HHS, or their agent, declared earlier that "sugar" should be placed on the same hit list as tobacco and alcohol. Food police in action again. I though it wise to hold this blog back, so all the Super Bowl fans could enjoy their day without food and other restraints.
-Timing couldn't be more perfect. Here's why. I believe I reported earlier that congress did not renew the corn to ethanol sudssidity at end of 2011. Lets see corn is something humans can digest. Guess what? Food prices went skyrocketing, and coupling the fact corn ethanol as a fuel was a bummer. Bad decision--Central planning don't work, ask former communist states. Guess what? Ethanol can be made from sugar beet (or other organic stock), but it has similar limitation as corn as a fuel. However, we want to stop people from eating too much sugar. Right? So we make it a fuel or additive. That's not all bad, takes sugar from the kitchen table and puts it in the gas tank, so to speak. I think there is a step omitted, the sugar beet must first go to the refinery. Don't want you just putting sugar in your gas tank for that would screw up the conventional internal combustion engine royally.
-The big wait starts: We should see corn futures taking a hit, but the sugar beet futures increase. This puts the farmer between a hard spot and a rock. He switches his farmland to sugar beet production and less corn is planted. There will be no price break on food stuffs, plus sugar related products will increase. A best a wash.
Solution: Approve the Keystone Shale Oil/Gas line from Cananda to Gulf refineries and the US has a steady stream of fuel for the next 100 years. Coal, at least a 100 year supply, can be gasified and made environmently clean to fuel our electrical power grid. Green energy, wind, sun and bifuels now produces 1.6% of our nations fuel aggragate. By 2050, it will be still only supply maybe <25% of the nations needs, and will require to be subsidized to be competitive. What don't you understand, Mr President?

He is leaking misinformation like a farting race horse after the race. 1) he is setting a possible Isreali air strike on Iran's nuclear stations in 2Q12. 2) starting pulling down of US troops in Afghanistan in 2013 rather than planned end of 2014. 3) what leads to an earlier withdraw is the AJ, the CH could release 5 of the worst of the worst Taliban retainees at Gitmo as part of a peace accord with a terrorist organizations in Afghanistan. The latter case would be a first arrangement for any nation or in mankind's history to negotate with a non-sovereign country.

Who now owns Chrysler?
-The US taxpayer gave old Chrysler in 2009 $12.5 B. "They" paided back $11.2 B in principal,interest,and cancelled other commitments, leaving $1.3B the Treasury is going to absorb (that's us--the taxpayer). Like magic Fait now owns 53.5%, while the UAW owns 46.5%, the only two owners of New Chrysler. Sales have been OK, but what happens if the market goes south again. Only the jockey knows what will happen!
-The WH's GM shell game is much worst, and far too complicated at this stage to attempt an assessment. I do know this, for GM ( taxpayer silll owns 26%) to offer a new IPO-2 stock prices would to increase to $53/share. The IPO-1 is now trading ~10%under IPO-1 of $33/share. (to institutions,banks and investment firms only). Double your money by folding it in two and stick it back into your wallet.
-Less serious, I believe at least 20% of Americans, no longer believe humans and there emmissions really have anything to do with global warming. (weather in US this winter been great, so far. That darn rat up PA way says we have 6 more weeks of winter. Folks in Socialist Europe not as lucky as we).

I wonder if the president of Notre Dame University, in South Bend, IN will invite pp to make another commencement address soon? Will the dean award pp with another honorary Doctor of Law degree? The the dean was able to look into pp soul and found none.
