However "NATO" had combat troops on the ground. 3-A "SOFA" agreement must had been enforced (on Kosovo War parties), since US/NATO ground combat troops are still stationed there today. 4-As pp moves forward with his OJT ( now approaching 6 yrs.) reflects the "inherent resolve" to finish what #43 had accomplished (excluding the SOFA accord) before latter left office 01.20.2009. An accord was reached that US combat troops would leave (after #43 left) by 12.31.2011, if conditions on the ground warranted and an "SOFA" was enforced. 5-pp used this unresolve accord, used this as a campaign promise. 6-Noticed pp has skipped at least 2-days of fund raising campaigns, three weeks out from mid-term elections. Called a cabinet meeting to hammer out an "inherent resolve" of the WH/CDC Ebola Virus protocol. Ebola virus does not have a political agenda, just like to kill people.
