Watch the Bouncing Ball
1-The Supremes yesterday, granted a continuous to the temporary block granted the Little Sister of the Poor. Meanwhile, the nuns are to submit supporting documentation to the HSS detailing why they should be exempt from the birth control compliance of the O'Care Law. Where that document goes therafter is a question. The Supremes also tossed the case to the 10th Circuit of Appeal located in the Rocky Mountain "HIGH" city of Denver, CO. Ten dollars to a donut the 10th will reject the appeal, whereby the ball bounces back to the Supremes. To a HSS lawyer time is an ally, the case will be added back on the Supremes ocket for some point in time. In the long haul, the Supreme's will hear the case, and I bet that same $10 to a donut they rule in favor of the Little Sisters of the Poor, by a vote of 6 to 3. Unfortunity by then, it becomes just an * at the bottom of the last page some history books, if lucky. This is why a favorable CTPR vote in the Senate on Nov, 2014 is a last ditch effort to preclude Socialism from our Free Enterprise System..
2-Understand tickets for the Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russian are being discounted, because of security reasons. Seems as though, there are 3-4 "black widows" with gun belts of explosives strapped to them with short fuse, roaming in the City of Sochi. Other concerns, is the recent live fire battles between terrorist and the Russian security also in the same area. Oh! pp wants to help his bud Putin with security assets. The Olymics will be over before a response, if ever, is sounded. One advantage in going Sochi, the weather forcast there is more favorable than the weather currently outside my bunker.
3-College kids graduation in June 2014 will have an average of $35,000 student loan debt. Collectively the total > $1 T. Sounds like a pp learning lesson is in order, for students.
