1-Since pp is out of the loop on so many WH issues, it has been rumored he has having Valory Jerrit, the appointed associate POTUSA, authorizating to sign off on his correspondance using pen name V.A. Cancy. Note if you drop the two dots and lower case the a and c and compress, it reads "Vacancy".
