With PP flying off yesterday to a Spanish owned FRP Wind Mill Blade fab shop in PA, rather taking care of WH business like finishing work on FY2011 OP Budget, it was a typical dud day for the WH. Especially when the back up meeting at the WH with PP, Dirty Harry and Earl's boy resulted in no FY 2011 OP Budget YTD. Maybe $7 B is the differental to making the deal? Petty cash, when you find out that amount of money is spent on interest payment alone for but 10 to 11 days. PP staging for a photo finish tomorrow night... at 11:59PM.
OK the Spanish firm employs Americans, but the profits find there way back to cash flow strapped Madrid. What wrong with representing an American company with Americans at work.
Notice FOX canned Glenn Beck's show We hadn't watch his show since the elections. What he preached was on target, maybe a little dreamatic at times, but got the point across. It scared some people, especially sponsers. Certainly can't scare people with facts, but if you don't have viewers, sponsers get nervous.
