1. It appears a black sister was arrested, turning a traffic violation iin DC  It activated of the DC police agencies to go into a zero tolerance mode.
2. Great police work.

4. Oh my!  How is this going to work in sanctuary cities.
5. Not sure  yet if this black sister above is a US citizen or a  illegal immigrant,  arrested.
6. Makes no difference  if  the person is black, white, yellow, green or whatever?
