Leaving millions and millions of high tech military equipment and weapons for the "established" Iraq forces. 3-The WH alleged, no residual troops levels including air support could be agreeded upon was the Iraq Gov't the main reason the US retreated as they did. This is pure BS> It was a 2008 Campaign promise! Victory was within pp hands, and he left history to pass by. 3-Friend and foe heard pp utterance folded there hands, set and waited or looked elsewhere for another wars...
