Those same quarters, want to replace the word "period" with a dot. 4-How-some-ever, pp changed his pitch, but the word "period" sort of disappeared in pp's speech. Another change in scope of work, was made by the CEO again When did the project manager find out??? 4-Found out how the contractor(s) were hired by CMS. As suspected... on a cost plus basis. Katty bar the doors!!!. CMS spox said any extra work would be done by contractors on gratis basis. Really! Hey babe, its cost plus contract, the only way to stop the flow of invoices is to fire the contractor right now. Contractors don't work on pro bono basis, unless under the table.
