1-The Viet Nam's cardinal arrives in Rome. Let the show begin! 2-A California lion had fresh meat for lunch yesterday. Later zoo keepers killed the lion, for doing what lions do when a stranger walks inside their confines. 3-pp took (12) US Senators to dinner last night at Fort Jefferson Hotel. Don't believe lion was being served. pp had crow under glass ? 4-US Senator Paul (R-KY) was not invited, but spoke his mind yesterday. It took up some of the idle DC time, since all of US gov't was given a snow day off. Problem was no massive snow stormm happen, a dusting at best. But not to worry, all gov't folks will be paid in full, and will be paid o/t to catch up. 5-Wow! pp may have bigger problem down the road. The Nobel Peace Prize winnner in 1979 was Mother Teresa for a life time of working and living with the poor and needy. Some people had said it before, but now a couple of Canadian academics, 34 years later, say she was fraud and had access to tons of money which she did not use to help the sick and needy in India and other world's needy. Holy Cow, she didn't spend the money on her self, and lived with the people she help for a life time. She was a holy, compassionate conservatiive whose bookkeeping records did not show red ink like our spoiled, my way or the highway, elitist CEO accomplished for last four years and intends to continue to 2014 election, when he thinks the CTPR party will have imploded, then spending at wiil to end of election cycle in 2016. 6.It was reported Hugo had some last words to say before passing. I wonder if he asked for forgiveness from President W, for calling him the devil in his address to UN a few years back? Probably not since the UN is run like a comedy club.
