What Leadership can do!

1-The US Civil War was fought in ~1,400 days, almost four years to the day. There were other actions that continued after Appomattox. The last Confederate surrender was the crew of CSS Shenanddoah on 11.04.1865 while at anchor, in of all places, Liverpool England. 2-President Lincoln's leadership prevalved, he held the American House (the US of A) and the Constitution together through those four years, but his enjoyment of that victory was cut short in a matter of hours. We will never know what Lincoln would of done different during the rough years of Reconstruction and beyond. 3-In the last ~ 1,400 days of the early 21 Century the US of A, and it's Constitution is once again under assault from within. The problems today, appear small however in comparison to Lincoln's plate. Our nation today is however no less polorized as in 1860, minority issues sill festure, but the US of A then we an infant on the world economy. Then our best years appeared forward,today we are going in the opposite direction mainly by idealogues, lack of setting priorities and secret agendas. We the people...
