PP approval rating tumbled at least 10%, since earlier this month. In case you sell your home, using the above tax credit, you have to pay back the total balance. The government is here to help! So they did, if you bought a home in 2009 or 2010 you don't have to pay the tax credit back, provided you stay in the house for 3 years. They also raise the tax credit to $8,000.
